Generally don’t have too much of an issue. Online ordering works sometimes. Called the store ahead of time to let them know I was placing an online order, but only had $100 bills. Thinking they would plan for the transaction. Only to be told the drivers only carry $20 for security purposes. Which I do get and understand. And I expressed that understanding. But also allowed her to know I’m not ordering $80 in food for 2 adults and a 6 year old to to allow the transaction. $100 bill was all I had. She said she won’t accommodate the transaction due to safety purposes. So I told her I won’t be ordering. Use to be when you called ahead like such they would accommodate THE CUSTOMER

This is by far the best Domino’s I’ve been to. Customer service is absolutely wonderful. They don’t have the best pizza in town but for the price, their can’t be beat. Especially when you have a pile of kids to feed…. There was an incident last night and somehow one of my three pizzas was given to someone else. So I had to wait for them to remake another one. I wasn’t mad but I also wasn’t happy about it. The manager walked over and gave me a100% refund and my pizzas….. That’s what great costumer service looks like. Congrats Jersey Shore Domino’s you are number one in customer service.

Good pizzas but delivery always seems slow…no matter what day or time the order is placed. My order being “checked for accuracy” (which basically means ‘waiting for a driver and sitting on the shelf’) for 30 minutes or more, is a little ridiculous for a small delivery area. The app says 30 minutes estimated delivery….55 minutes later and the order hasn’t left the store and is still sitting on the shelf. 1 hour later and I’m still waiting. Bring in another driver for better delivery times.

I have no issues with my local Jersey Shore Domino’s pizza. They have a very friendly and competent staff.
My low rating is for ordering online. I ordered using an advertised coupon on Domino’s menu. The coupon was for $19.99. However I was charged $22.99 with no explanation. It was not the delivery charge, nor the tax or delivery tip. This is deceiving and misleading
