Minguel has been working every Sunday that I have came in to purchase my footlong. Every time he has been rude. Today I asked for extra veggies on my sandwich and his reply was “He can’t add extra veggies.” I asked even if I’ll pay extra for them he said “No”. I said “Okay, I need to make a review about that.” His response was, “The review won’t affect him.” This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I’ll just take my ” black dollars” elsewhere

Worst experience ever at a subway the worker had no clue how to process payment with my gift card on the ap so he just made up a lie and said they didn’t take payment via ap gift cards . Me knowing that was a crock I asked if he could call the owner and get clarification and he did and like I thought I was right . He didn’t know what he was doing but the manager walked him through it and I was able to pay. Also the dirty knives they have set out as seen in the pics is gross . Bread was hard so I won’t be returning

I used to go pretty often, but the two gentlemen working there have just gotten grumpy and unkind. There used to be a young woman that worked there and she wasn’t nearly as bad.

I won’t be going to this location at all anymore. Not after the last experience. I ask for extra pickles and he wouldn’t put them on my sandwich. I even said it’s ok if you need to charge me, I do like extra pickles and would like them on my sandwich please. He literally ignored me, I got up to address him cause it thought maybe he didn’t hear. Oh no he heard, he didn’t care and wouldn’t do what I asked even after I said I’ll pay for them.

As I walked out I told him I would never be back to this location, and that his behavior was absolutely not acceptable in the service industry. He said “excuse me”, I repeated myself, he then said “good, don’t come back”. It was honestly so crazy. I’ve never dealt with that type of disregard for others ever!

Don’t waste your money and I’ll be calling corporate too cause just as some other reviews note, doing the reviews don’t really change things. However these are franchises, you can complain higher up.

We’re do we start? First off took 30 mins to make our sandwiches with only one customer in front of us with 2 sandwiches almost made , I asked them to cook the bacon on my husband sandwich which they did but never put the cook bacon on the sandwich actually put cold bacon on it which his footlong only had 2 to 3 slices of salami for 8.99 plus another
1.00 for pepperoni then the bacon was only 2 slices which cost us 3.00 extra dollars making his sandwich alone 12.00 bucks just to get ripped off. Go to any other sandwich shop if you want a real sub sandwich

I ordered subway through uber eats. They did not have any bread but herb and cheese. I called and asked the manager why and she got nasty with me and tried to blame me for not understanding how tough her morning is. Herb and cheese bread is not healthy. Subway is supposed to be a healthy option. It is not my fault you do not train night shift to make bread. Worse customer service ever. Do not eat here. This subway needs to go out of business like all the rest in sparks have.

This is the strangest location I’ve ever been to. They have mid day (4pm) pricing that is more depending on the time of day… What????? And they wouldn’t let us use a subway coupon. The girl behind the counter was fantastic. But we will not go back.

The employee who used to work here were so nice but recently I’ve noticed they’re all gone and the new employee along with the ower refused and coupons on the app including the birthday deals or anything related to getting a discount. Plus the employee are extremely flirty and it was extremely uncomfortable. Didn’t care that my husband was right next to me.
I’ve tried giving them chances time and time again but now I just refuse to come back.
Plus the food has gone down in quality so fast.
Do yourself a favor and go to a different sandwich place.

My husband, son and I stopped by here this evening for our first time. Greeted with a hello right as we waked in. This subway is so very clean, everything was fresh and tasted great. I am so glad we decided to stop in. We will be back, thank you.

The employees are so rude, they got my order wrong and refused to refund me. Like at least get the order right.
They refused to answer our calls as well when we got the order wrong (it was an online order) Overall, they got the order so wrong and they were so incredibly rude. Save your money and go to a local sub place because this place is a waste of time and money, at least train your employees to get the order correctly and have good customer service.
