But first Açaí (ah-sigh-EE). Juice It Up is a small health conscious smoothie blend and açaí bowl shop along Foothill blvd in the upper middle class city of La Cresenta. It’s indoor space is very limited, however, they have a front outdoor seats with a spectacular view of the boulevard.
They have a wide variety of smoothies, juices and açaí bowls. It took me a minute to peruse their menu and make a final decision. I decided to get their classic Açaí bowl with fresh cut fruits and the Ever Green smoothie (pineapple, kale, spinach, apple juice and lemonade). Both smoothie and bowl were fresh and taste really good. Staff was very amiable, followed health protocol and professional. Prices were fair and competitive. Street parking available. Overall, I enjoyed my healthy smoothie and bowl. I recommend Juice It Up!

This place is absolutely wonderful. Not only do they take special time to get to get to know their customers and remember their orders, but they offer small samples of what they have created to help you learn what you like best. Even on the busiest days, I felt well taken care of. Ellie made a point to learn my and my husband’s names and keep updated with our time in LA for three weeks. I wish a Juice It Up! like this existed where I live, because I would continue to visit it each week.
