Get the Mountain Man Crunch all the time – love it! Service is normally very good. However, yesterday evening (9/17) I went by to get my usual MMC at 7:50 and the lights were off. I stepped out to check the hours on the door and it says until 8. Thought maybe they shut down a little early because it was slow – no worries. But, as I eased through the drive thru to pull out, there were two people standing inside talking. I slowed at the window to see if they would come up and they didn’t. Wanted to call the owner to let them know they may have a couple of employees that needed coaching about riding the clock but the number I find online is no longer active.

My family comes here all the time because the smoothies are so so good! The shop is clean, the fruit tastes fresh every time, and customer service has always been friendly and nice. We’ve become regulars!

While the smoothies are ok, I am being a little petty in the review about the attire of the employees. I’ve gone in there numerous times and the ladies are always in shorts so short that they go half way up their butts. In my opinion, it’s extremely unprofessional and not something that should be allowed.

Let me first say that the smoothies are wonderful! Until this week, I was a loyal customer who stopped here twice a week for the last two years. Service was always wonderful.
HOWEVER, since the pandemic, they’ve moved to drive thru only, even for orders placed and paid for in the app. When this first started, if there was a long line of cars, I could go to the door with a mask on and get my purchase, which was already ready and paid for.
Now, however, even if you order and pay ahead, you’re expected to sit in line for more than 20 minutes while your drink melts because someone cannot be bothered to let you in or meet you at a door, which would take less than 30 seconds.
Today, it happened again. I watched the two cars behind me get tired of waiting and leave. When I finally got to the window and expressed my disappointment with this new lack of customer service the ladies working the window promptly informed me that this is not their problem. “It’s the owner’s fault and you should speak to him.” Well, rest assured, I did leave him a message. When I told them that two potential customers left rather than wait (both me and the customer ahead of me had used the app so we should not have even been there), the same girl argued with me they “no, we’re not losing customers!”
Ok. So that was my last visit to this establishment after years of loving them. Makes me sad but this is sheer laziness and bad service. I’ll vote with my wallet.

I have been coming to this location for a few months. I work in the area and prefer this one over my own! The staff is always pleasant. The owner Mr.Ron is always nice. They never short me on my smoothie! Very fast paced but accurate! On top of that, the smoothies are always Bomb! Good place of business:)

Unfortunately, I use this location since it’s the closest one to me.
I have been coming to this location on and off for about 2 years. I absolutely dread it. The girls are always so rude, snide and careless with my order. Half of the time it’s wrong or they don’t add and ingredient which I can clearly taste. I make smoothies daily but only come here if I am running late and need to grab one.
I assume the “male” is the owner or manager that I see often and he to isn’t helpful in the situation. I see how he gets annoyed when I place my order. If I make it custom he makes snide comments about it. I’m so fed up with them. Please don’t even use the pandemic as an excuse either. We are all going through something right now and I can still get excellent service at the hole in the wall taco shops I frequent.
