Overall, a great experience.
I had the menudo & birote. DEFINITELY recommend it!
My wife had eggs, bacon, pancakes & loved them
Our server was top notch and also recommended the country fried steak.
We will definitely be going back for breakfast or lunch
We were greeted at the door with a warm welcome , seated and were treated kindly. The food is wirth the wait on a busy Sunday, or any day really.
I ordered the Carne Asada plate. It was the smallest Mexican plate I’ve ever been served. The meat taste like dirty skillet, onions. It was very small dry cut up meet survived with a pinch of beans and a spoonful of rice and on the side was a quarter size cup of red juice they call salsa. The two palm size flour tortilla were hard as a rock was not able to eat them. My mother ordered the hot roast beef sandwich. It came on a old hard French roll. The meat was so tough and dry she could not eat it but tried. She’s 77 and has good teeth. Lol.. She ordered potato salad as a side and fries came instead. Her sandwich was served with nothing a little bit of cut up meat and cold melted cheese over the top of the meat. It was not like any roast beef sandwich I’ve ever seen before.
