This place is a gem. Family-run business. Friendly, personable service. The place is very well-maintained. The layout of the store is very appealing, and the fact of a 24-hour Subway inside a gas station/mini-mart on a busy corner in a hotel zone with neighborhoods nearby makes the place indispensable. Nice selection of basic phone cords and chargers, along with other expected items. The locals I saw coming and going seemed to appreciate it as well. I wish these folks the very best. 5 stars all around…

I do not recommend eating at this subway. I like Subway for fast food. However, my experience here was not what it should’ve been the single employee that was working there was pretty rude, and did not seem very enthusiastic about his job upon looking a little further while building my sandwich, I noticed at the produce such as the lettuce, tomatoes and other veggies looked old wilted, and not very appetizing. It was not clean and the overall experience was unpleasant and I regretted going there.

I had a disappointing experience at Subway recently. The bread was stale, and the vegetables looked wilted and unappealing. The staff seemed disinterested and rushed my order, leading to mistakes. I expected fresh ingredients and friendly service, but it felt more like a fast-food assembly line. I left feeling unsatisfied and won’t be returning anytime soon.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with the service at your Subway. This is the second time I’ve encountered the same unacceptable behavior. The employee skinny guy with glasses was incredibly rude and ignored our order, showing poor hygiene by using his phone while making our sandwiches without changing gloves. When I tried to address this, he dismissed me with, “I know what I’m doing.” His mocking attitude and the way he made us feel belittled were unacceptable. On our last visit, he even mocked us with another staff member in a different language behind our backs.

This experience has ruined our mornings and affected our entire day. My wife and I hoped the previous bad experience was a fluke, but it’s clear this is an ongoing issue. This behavior is driving away loyal customers. Please address this issue promptly to prevent it from happening again.
I was an everyday customer for so long here before getting married, when it was Citgo, this never happened before.(this is the only reason to give 2⭐️)
