First of, the shop is inside a gas station. We saw only pizzas and some garlic bread, but no strombolli. Both pizza and garlic bread all looked sad and dried out, especially the cheese pizza, which is our fave. But hey we’d been hankering for some Sbarro pizza for sometime (we used to buy them twice every month before the shop in Clintonville closed down). So despite the sad, dry look of the pizza on that late afternoon, we bought a couple slices of the pepperoni ones anyway, for a total of $9. The lady at the counter kept the convo efficient, but was pleasant enough.

The pizza was ok, reheating a sad pizza makes it look even sadder. The cheese is minimal with enough pepperoni on top, but the grease from reheating in the oven…well…I’d say the only good thing about the pizza is the crust. We noticed the size has shrunk, definitely smaller than it used to be, yet cost the same as a couple years ago.

We’re disappointed at Sbarro’s price point and would not buy again after this experience. For comparison, two slices of pizza costs $9 at this Sbarro (a single slice is $4.99 online), while an 18″ pepperoni or cheese pizza from Costco food court costs $9.95. Both are practically the same New York style.

I order from this Sbarro and they got absolutely nothing right with my order. I ordered a pepperoni stromboli and a Pepsi but received a meat stromboli and a Mountain Dew. When I tried to call to resolve the problem they wouldn’t answer the phone. This is the second time they have delivered the wrong stromboli. Not recommended.

Was mostly upset from the attitude of the employe. Worst part, it was even the assistant manager. It said assistant manager on her tag. I was setting up front for about five ten minutes kind of just chilling, waiting for somebody to come help me out.I wasn’t yelling.Hey, is anyone there? She came up out of nowhere and said, hey, there’s a bell right there. You can ring which I didn’t see any bell, doesn’t electronic like doorbell on the.Register which I didn’t see it.Nor the person that was with me saw it.
And then she was kind of rude. The rest of the time.
I asked her for another slice of pizza because she cut the pizza without any gloves on.And she said she didn’t have to, if it wasn’t direct contact with the pizza just really agitated.Like she really hated her job which I get it.It’s not great working for a bigger company. But I didn’t do anything.I wasn’t mean. Tried not to do a public review on google, just try to keep it privately. And try to message sabarrow’s website. But it said there was an error to send this message.

Always hit and miss. One day I got a slice fresh from the oven and it was fantastic. The next time it’s super soggy. A little spendy for left over pizza. How do they get away with not having heat lamps? Note the flies on the supreme slice which I really wanted, so I had to wait for the next pie to come out fresh which was pepperoni.. It was too salty. Ordering a whole pizza is the way to go, except I don’t want that much.

Food is good. Service is great. No seating available due to it being inside the Turkey Hill.

I ordered this pizza from the parking lot of the location…it was during a Friday night snowstorm….I was told in app 33mins….I sat in my car and waited, because its expensive compared to other pizza within a mile of this location..I had my pizza bag all ready and live to the location..I wanted this pizza as fresh and hot as possible….I went into the store 13 min before my pickup time….my Stromboli and meat ball were sitting in a bag on the counter. Not a chance of staying hot…or even close to the proper Haccp temp of 140°..(OK, FULL DISCLOSURE NO RESTURANT CONSIDERED FAST FOOD EVEN COMES CLOSE….but not even warm at very least…my pizza was already sitting boxed up on top of the oven…straight to the pizza bag in the car…under 2 miles home…..got home and it was beyond disappointing….pizza was already dried up….I ordered and paid for 2 Meatballs in SAUCE…I got 1 dried no sauce meatball….my Stromboli was not even lukewarm and dried beyond belief….$32…thrown down the drain….this pizza HAD TO BE already cooked, cooled and reheated….same with the Stromboli
The Stromboli I can understand, but not petrified dry….where the meat pulls apart like petrified grisle….pizza dough was under cooked, doughy and stuck to the box….with toppings trying to cover the holes in the dough….A total waste of $32

Ordered a Stromboli and the staff was rude when I expressed what I wanted , some girl named Mikayla wasn’t willing to fulfill my order to my liking so I was forced to spend an extra $10 to get what I desired. After waiting 30 minutes for my food I proceeded to take a bite and was shocked to taste raw bacon filling the inside of my Stromboli! I immediately took it in and got a refund, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anybody!

Was told I had to pay for my pizza at Sbarro and couldn’t pay at the counter with my other items. The other locations let people do it. I’ll never step foot back in any of them over this. It is like they would rather inconvenience the customer rather than so their job. I’m not making 2 transactions when it’s not needed. Thanks for ruining my lunch

If I recall they used to have a storefront on 62/3 now a they are in the gas station across the freeway way. They shorted me my wings and the cheese bread was under cooked dough.
