The male was nice but The female that worked tonight had a very poor attitude. Waited almost an HOUR for wings and bread due to “the oven burning them” employees were aware of the oven burning food and still did not keep an eye on the items being cooked. I was not greeted almost 10mins of waiting. No discount or anything after I expressed that I was unhappy. Still I came home and my bread was still burnt….

This place went down hill a few months ago. The pizza is either old, burnt, or undercooked. There’s a worker that doesn’t wear a bra while cooking your food. I found a hair baked into my breadstick yesterday. Disgusting.

I usually love these guys, but For mother’s day, I was very disappointed. Usually they’re great at putting extra cheese on their, I paid $50 for this order… We weren’t in the mood to drive back, There was hardly any cheese on there. , sauce was seeping through, and we asked for extra cheese! Maybe there’s new workers. Without cheese and a pizza, it’s not a pizza !!

We ordered 2 puffs, a pepperoni and a cheese one. Only recieved a pepperoni one because it took them 20 minutes to make. They didn’t want to make the cheese ones because all the other customers ordered pepperoni puffs. So we were told either take a pizza, crazy bread or italian cheese bread or wait forever for the cheese puffs. Very unprofessional, and the workers have no idea how to run the place.

It seems only recently that the quality has started to improve. Years ago we’d ask for our pizza and chicken to be crispy/well-done, but it rarely ever was. However within the past year or two they give just what we want. I also see they have some new hardware to keep your pizza nice and hot once they’re cooking it, instead of letting it sit out and get cold. Overall, not bad at all.

Ordered over the phone the stuffed crazy bread meal deal. This included the pizza, stuffed crazy bread and 2-liter. When arriving they never even mentioned anything about my order. Didn’t get my 2-liter, so I went back to get that. Had my order as light on the sauce, and that didn’t happen either. What kind of place is this for Cass City? Head on over to park place to get your pizza, way better. They need to shut this little Ceacers down. Isn’t the first time they couldn’t get things done right. Would rate at a zero star if I could.

Stuff was made fresh for us because they didn’t have anything at all ready when we got there at 4:00. However, we asked for a plain sausage pizza but got a pepperoni WITH sausage pizza. EXTREMELY GREASY!! And even though the 3 packs of bread sticks were fresh they were still kinda hard around the edges.
