I don’t normally eat subway but last night my husband insisted and now at 2:48am our stomachs are feeling very unwell. We have been on the toilet for some time. Not sure if thes meats and veggies are stored properly or what but I know for me I won’t be going back.

Ordered a new protein wrap to try, as I’m unable to eat any vegetables they were quick to not add them, but when I asked for a little salt and pepper they refused stating that is an add on. Really?? Salt and pepper!! Did I get a price reduction for no lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles… No!!

I asked for my food to not be assembled, as it was tuna and I didn’t want soggy bread, Employee asked how to do that I said can you put it in a container, she stated they don’t have containers…. Yet they sell salads…that are in what?!?! A container

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Took a while to come out and take my order and when the lady finally came out from the back where she was on her phone she told me that my service dog who I was holding the whole time and the other employee saw but said nothing about was not allowed inside. I literally was just gonna order and leave and my dog was non disruptive and sitting calmly in my hands. I’ve gone to other subways with my dog before and not one said anything . Such a shame. Barely wanted to do her job and when it’s time to do it the first thing she talks about is my dog. Didn’t even feel the need to order anymore. Every meal starts with customer service the male was fine but the female just came and tanked the whole thing.

We will not be going back to this location. It is dirty and the staff is rude to their regular customers, a group of students from a neighboring music school. The staff antagonizes the kids and then has the audacity to lie about their conduct.
We will encourage the other parents to also take their business elsewhere.

I still have not heard about my refund from 11/26/24. I placed an order at this location by accident. This store never answers their phone either makes it even more hard for me to get a refund.

I waited 20mins for my order after placing it online 45mins prior to pickup time to save the hassle of waiting. I am usually patient and have no issue waiting. Other online orders were being made with no one waiting and the lady said my order hasn’t even been started. the way the lady in glasses was speaking to me after I nicely asked to cancel my order as I was in a time crunch and couldn’t wait any longer is ridiculous “you can’t just wait”. If the order had already been made I wouldn’t cancel it at all.
The audacity of the employee to completely ignore me when we were speaking and turn to assist another customer is just crazy. She needs to learn some manners and how to properly communicate and fix her makeup while she’s at it.

Mold was on the tomatoes and they were still serving customers. Very terrible experience! Health is #1 and that worried me.
