Food was as expected. Good enough. It is connected to a gas station and the bathrooms were very clean. Would definitely stop again.

I’ve tried time and time again with this store… I love dairy queen as a franchise and have returned as often as I can stomach to this location to try it and hope its gotten better. I was there opening week when the store opened and they messed up my food then. Theyve run out or c02 for the soda machines umpteen times over. I’ve quite literally paid for food and they’ve told me after I paid that the grill is off after waiting at the window for 25 minutes, and then offered substitutions. I’ve received frys that are drier than a desert. Among the plethora of other things I just can’t give this store a high rating. Don’t come here unless you JUST want a blizzard or something fried. Even then its a gamble. Nice enough people and the store is whatever location wise. That reoccurring messed up food and orders really takes me out.

Ordered one thing through the drive thru. Pulled around and sat there waiting while workers were walking around, talking and doing other things
There were no other customers. Apparently forgot about the one and only order as I sat there and waited in the cold. Then finally took my debit card, left it inside while they went to make my order (one thing) and then finally returned and gave credit card as well fifteen minutes for one ice cream order with no line or other customers.

Every time I order from here, the blizzards NEVER have toppings throughout the entire thing. They only sprinkle them on the top to look good and you’re left with a cup of plain ice cream. I’ve tried asking them to blend it thoroughly or even add extra toppings. You better believe they will charge you for those extra nonexistent toppings too. I’ve tried to give them a chance and I’m pretty doubtful a review will resolve it. Instead, GO TO BUFFS DOWN THE STREET!!!

Wish I could have reviewed the food but after 45 minutes I never received my food, they couldn’t find my order so we left.
I ordered a cheeseburger and a flame thrower to eat in. Three other couples came in ahead of us and got their food. After 30 minutes my husband told the manager we didn’t get our food yet. He never looked into it. Everyone around us was complaining their order was messed up.
After 45 minutes we asked for a refund, the manager couldn’t find our order and blamed the workers. He ended up just taking the cash out of the drawer and handed it to us because he said he didn’t know how to do a refund. It was strange because I saw him take cash out of the drawer to refund other customers as well.
Very disappointing. Will not be back.

I stopped there about a week ago and the food was great everything was prepared nice everything was fresh and the employees were very nice. Definitely one of the restaurants that actually train their employees properly it’s nice to see.

I’ve stopped here several times now and have never left disappointed. The service is great and the restaurant is clean. If you’re looking to make a quick stop as you go across 80, this Dairy Queen is a great option.
