Here’s my order, tacos for 12$!!!! I only get this with lettuce cilantro and the meat plus some pieces of jalapeño. The first taco I ate and was so surprised it was empty. NOW hereS the next two with everything poured out of them- WHAT A RIP OFF THEY FORGOT HALF THE TACO. Staff for today close not great!

We ate there tonight, 6 adults plus 2 children. The service was excellent. It was our first time there. They were friendly, patient and helped us order. We had the grilled chicken burrito, shrimp burrito, curly fries with cheese and bacon, and several other items. All the food was great. The burritos were gigantic. We weren’t sure where to go to eat, and decided to try this place. I’m glad we did.

The food is fresh, made early everyday! I love how it’s made right in front of you and it’s kept clean. They also offer curly fries, tater tots and wings! The staff is very friendly and Helpful! My little brother loves the food here too! 10000/10 I will definitely be eating here again.

We get bubbakoos from this location very often and had a terrible experience today. We ordered through the app, which has a lot of technical problems. It doesn’t allow us to redeem our rewards we’ve earned. Today we ordered 4 burrito bowls on the app and 3 of them had the wrong ingredients. When we picked up the order we asked to redeem one of the rewards from the app in-person, because the app won’t let us do it. The employees did not want to help at all and laughed at the suggestion we could try to sort it out in person. They said they don’t know how the app works. We left without redeeming any rewards and when we got home our food was wrong. Lettuce on bowls that weren’t meant to have it, missing chicken in one, missing cheese in another.

This place is the number 1 burrito place in the area! I love this place so much. Oscar and all of his staff at all of his locations are amazing. Food is also great. Prices are reasonable for the great quality of food. Anyone who I have ever brought here has never had anything bad to say! Will always reccomend and will always come back.

Today was the first time I’ve been to Bubbakoo’s in a long while. The staff was as friendly as I remembered, but the food quality (at least today) has changed. I ordered eight bone-in wings with General Tso’s sauce and a side of brown rice and black beans. The wings had no flavor, and the sauce was lacking. I could see the freezer burn on a few of the wings. The chicken was very bland as if the wings weren’t slightly pre-seasoned. I’ve never had Bubbakoo’s wings the way I had them today. As for the rice, it was very mushy, not too far off from a warm rice pudding. Not sure what happened, but today the overall quality was down. It’s not what I’m used to from this establishment. It’ll be a while before I give it another try, I can’t afford to waste money in times like these. I don’t want to finish my lunch.

Went today with a group of friends Customer service was 10 out of 10 very great group of employees, nice and attentive couldn’t ask for better service. Food was amazing as well portion sizes were given in a great quantity, very affordable prices so this place is a must! Also they were very kind to give us desert on the house! I recommend this place 100%!!

They really get it right! The staff is friendly and always greet you when you enter. They definitely take the time to make the food and place ingredients so that it’s even throughout. Constantly recommend them to friends and have gotten them hooked as well. Keep at it!
