Pleasantly surprised of the quality of food here. Can’t comment on the fusion Chinese food, but the two dishes I order – Chongqing Chicken and Basil Eggplant – were authentic, well-seasoned, and not oily. They used enough dried chili pepper such that the spice penetrates into the fried chicken. They got all components of the dish right also including peanuts, the numbness from peppercorn, and even the aromatics garlic and ginger slices. The eggplant dish was superb as well. The sauce has a consistency sufficient to coat the eggplant, and the larger eggplant pieces in the dish still had structure to them, not completely mushy. Will be back for sure. I wish there were two menus though, one for authentic Chinese food and one for American Chinese.

Ming’s Chinese Restaurant, though newly opened with a clean and inviting atmosphere, left me very disappointed. The friendly staff created a welcoming ambiance, setting the stage for what could have been a delightful experience. However, prices here are on the higher side for Chinese cuisine, and the food, unfortunately, did not justify the cost.

I ordered General Tso’s chicken and beef with onions lunch combos. Both dishes were bland and average at best. A glaring issue was the lunch combo’s egg roll, which was packed with the rice in the same container. This made the crispy outer skin soggy and full of rice that’s impossible to get off. Interior texture was also bland and the whole thing tasted like a cheap prepackaged eggroll bought at the grocery store. Additionally, the soups were notably lacking in ingredients, leaving them quite underwhelming.

Hopefully these issues can be fixed in the long run so we can have a good chinese restaurant option in King Farm.

The sesame chicken was disappointing, as it was just soggy orange chicken with sesame seeds dumped on top. The milk tea was good but the boba had a horrible gelatinous texture like it was boiled all day – of course I wasn’t expecting much anyway when ordering milk tea. The spring rolls were fine.

This is review from beef and broccoli that I ordered a number of years ago for delivery. It was absolutely inedible. I kept chewing on a piece of steak chewing and chewing on the beef and it’s just totally chewy and rubbery and full of gristle, wouldn’t dissolve it all in my mouth whatsoever I kept trying and trying and every piece is terrible. Finally had to drive down there to get my money back. At least they were courteous about that . But it was sad for me because I was hoping that it would replace my previous carryout place that I used to use until they raised your prices and their food got terrible. I was really hoping Mings at Kings Farm being walking distance and right down the street, would to the job but I’m really disappointed that means does not cut it. One star it has to be hope it’s gotten better. Still looking for a decent carryout nearby to Kings Farm where I can get good food low prices right in the area to go

Ordered my usual suspects: sesame chicken, beef w brocoli, fried calamari. Food was delicious. Staff was fast and friendly. Limited indoor seating, since it’s mainly a carry-out. I was able to eat inside when I went. Prices were reasonable for the size of the food and the area. Paid $47 for 2 mains, an app, and 2 drinks. Was more food than we could finish.

Very good food! Very authentic! We got Chongqing chicken (very good for people who like spicy food), double cook pork, Chinese style pork bun (highly recommend) and their sour cabbage with brisket (from their secret menu and really good). Everything was flavorful, delicious and the portions are huge.

Food taste good. Price is reasonable considering size of the dishes. The restaurant is for take out only. For authentic options, I recommend to order Sichuan dishes. I ordered beef chow fun, Kong Pao chicken and Chongqing chicken and liked all of them.

We went to a newly opened Chinese restaurant. We were amazed by the excellent food quality and great prices. We ordered three dishes and one appetizer for about $50. The ingredients are fresh and taste delicious. Will come back!

“Poor Customer Service – Very Disappointing Experience”
I placed a lunch order and presented a coupon for 10% off upon arrival. Instead of honoring the discount, the staff argued with me in a rude and unprofessional manner. Both the front counter employee and another staff member who came from the back raised their voices, which was completely unnecessary and disrespectful.

As a loyal customer, I was very disappointed by the way I was treated. I decided to leave the food and not complete my purchase. Unfortunately, due to this negative experience, I will no longer be doing business with this establishment and will be sharing my experience with others to raise awareness about their poor customer service and lack of professionalism..

The egg drop soup is AMAZING. However, I found the steamed dumplings and spring rolls to be lacking flavor. The dumplings had large chunks of spring onion in them and barely any meat. Also, they were closer to Gyoza than Chinese dumplings. the spring roll had a great crunch, but barely any ingredients inside. I will definitely be going back for the soup and to try other dishes, but am disappointed so far.
