WOW this bakery is such a good find. amazing sourdough bread with so many flavors. the pastries were divine, i loved the croissants. my girlfriend loves savory pastries and they had so many options for her! she loved the godfather and the pizza roll. i will definitely be back. also, the coffee van (a coffee movement) is what i initially came for bc i can’t live with it, and now i’ve found another must have. looks like i’ll be driving up from the inlet more often lol.

The service is amazing they were attentive and quick to serve us. It is a cozy place with a nice display shelf with pasta and pastries. The food was great. I got the sourdough chocolate croissant, it was amazing. The sugary flavor clashes with the sourdough, making a colorful flavor profile. Definitely, five stars.

Absolutely amazing sour dough bread, cheesecake (personal size), tarts, and more… now on Saturday’s they have approximately 12 foot table of sourdough and croissant based pastries all made that morning. But I would get there early for the best selection as they will sell out of some items fast. Also please know/ understand this is not a donut shop.

Off the beaten path but amazing little bakery! Walking through the door there were racks of fresh bread, pastries and Creme Brûlée which they offer to bake in house. The shop employees were super friendly along with the owner and the prices were more than reasonable. I have always been fond of The Trestle but this will be my new favorite ! Thank you

This is a hidden gem. You’ll have to make it a point to go to this bakery because you likely won’t just happen upon it. The bread and pastries are so good. The single serve cheesecakes are some of the best I’ve ever had. They are creamy and have just the right amount of sweetness. They have a selection of sweet treats, homemade pasta in a freezer section, and of course lots of breads. They don’t have forks or napkins so if you’re wanting to enjoy a treat on the spot, be sure you come prepared.

I highly recommend this shop. The sourdough is off the hook. Geoff and Audrey are very informative and customer friendly. He loves to discuss sourdough.
I was asked if they have changed. Well they got better. Best sourdough around hands down period. They’re constantly trying new flavors and they’re fantastic. Go on Friday for pastries. They sold out quick this past Friday.
This is our second time here. First was a cheddar jalapeno loaf. Delicious. This time a bacon loaf and a peanut butter cream cheese topped croissant. Ridiculous.
Stop in and try them out.

Absolutely delishhhh.. Great locally owned Bakery that makes everything fresh. You can stop in at the Bakery and buy items or find them out at the local farmers markets.. They have a very nice variety from sweets to savory items.. Other items include fresh pizza dough and fresh pasta.. Definitely stop in and grab some tasty snacks..
