I came here with my family because of the ratings. In terms of presentation and staff friendliness it is a 5. However, the ramen was just soup and I give it a 3 as it was a “meh” kind of experience. I was not impressed by the ramen flavor. I ordered tonkatsu expecting fo get rich creamy flavors, unfortunately I did not get that. I dislike salty food, but this needed a lot of salt. They don’t offer different spice levels for the food either, and I was hoping to get a little hint of spice, but nothing. They do offer you chili oil, which is not something I wanted to use, and I ended up using a lot. Their appetizers were delicious though. We ordered the crispy chicken and the rice cake with sausage. The cripsy chicken was like chicharon. They had that on point. We also ordered the chicken rice bowl, which was also good. The chicken rice bowl had a lot of grilled onions, which I added to my ramen just to get to flavor. I can’t say I would return here. Wishing everyone a better experience.

An amazing ramen place in San Bernadino I couldn’t tell from the outside! This place makes their own noodle from scratch and you can see it through the open (glass window) kitchen. The cook was very friendly and they’re proud to show the noodle making process from the kitchen. I can feel the difference here from packed noodles elsewhere. The strand was very smooth and bouncy at the same time. It’s similar to hand pulled noodles if I were to compare but smoother. Totally recommend for ramen before going up Big Bear!

I had the pleasure of bringing my sister here for her birthday dinner. As it was my first visit, I approached with a bit of caution, but I am truly delighted that I did. The food was phenomenal; we ordered the spicy garlic edamame and Gyoza, and I personally enjoyed the Tonkotsu ramen. The service was also exceptional, with a minimal wait time, and the staff provided all the necessary attention, making us feel very welcome. The pricing was quite reasonable, which was appreciated. The atmosphere was equally pleasant, with lovely decorations, subtle lighting, and the captivating view of the chefs at work through the kitchen window. I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend this establishment. I will certainly be returning soon.

Didn’t get a photo of our food but we totally enjoyed our meal. We got miso ramen, tonkotsu ramen, rice cake and sausage, crispy chicken, and salted edamame. The ramen was huge. There were a lot of noodles (which they prepare themselves onsite.) The noodles were different, but it was good. The broth is definitely flavorful in their own style. The sausage and rice cake was so good too! The crispy chicken was flavorful and didn’t have too much coating. And of course, the rice. They use sushi rice for steamed rice and it was so yummy!
Lastly, the price. It is very affordable. Everything in their menu is very affordably priced. We only spent about $50 for 2 big bowls of ramen, 2 sides of rice, 3 appetizers, and 3 bottles of water.
Will definitely comeback and absolutely recommend!
Oh yeah, the lady serving and the man cooking were both very nice and accommodating too!

If I can give this place another star I would. I love how to set up is on the inside, it’s nice and personal. They have this awesome Ramen machine that makes fresh Ramen from scratch and they marinate their sauce for the Ramen so it taste a certain way. You can taste the seasoning in all of the foods and it is very delicious. The Chinese sausage along with the rice cakes where have you wanting more and they put a sweet sauce over it which takes it to another level. The pork Ramen super delicious. I loved it, and it had me slurping the whole time. I just wanted to drink the broth. The fried dumplings is also super good. I approve this place.

I got the miso ramen and my partner got a different one but I forgot the name, but both are good. It’s a small place. They charge for every egg including the first one.

I ordered to go, ordered add ons to my ramens and they got the toppings mixed up. My broth was not hot after waiting for over 30 mins, and my noodles were overcooked and slimy. My elderly mother was upset with the Oder as well. I had Ramen Jo in the past and it was good, I have no idea why tonight’s order.

1st time for take out. Containers are top notch, not leaky very high quality. ordered for myself and coworker for lunch. They prefer phone orders or if you insist on email order for the next day. Mina will pick up the phone. very mature professional business that has worked out all the kinks.
to go bag was waiting when I showed up. quality bag had piece of cardboard in bottom to solid up that bag. I had no doubt it would not leak in my car.
I am eating miso pork. i was shown by co-worker you lift out the insert of the stuff and gently drop it into broth. if I were to eat this later perhaps an hour later at home, meal could be easily reheated in the included microwave safe container and put stuff tray into broth with ease.
IT IS DELICIOUS! im told by the co-worker the pepper oil and paste is the perfect blend of warmth and flavor. I prefer hotter, ill look into next time.
chop sticks and american utensils included.

Really loved this place! Cozy atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. The ramen comes out quickly, portions are generous, the broth is rich and flavorful, and the ingredients are fresh. Everything is well balanced — not too salty, not too spicy. Prices are fair for the quality. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to friends!
