I order from here probably 2-3 times/ a week. Consistently good. Offers gluten free tortilla – I’m celiac and I rarely get “gluten’d” here. They have a standard procedure where they change their gloves change equipment – and are very receptive when you call to inform about allergy.
Highly recommend if your a burrito connoisseur like me. There’s very few places that offer this option, so we really appreciate their services!

Baja themed Mexican serving fantastic food with a lively, outdoorsy atmosphere. If it wasn’t for the expensive price (compared to the food you get), I might’ve even given it 5 stars.
Eating at a place like Lulus… you know this isn’t your date spot nor for a special occasion. You just want some great tacos and beer and that’s exactly what you get. And even if it is in the middle of Laurel street, there is a certain price that you simply cannot cross… $7.75 for a single taco is pushing it, even if it may taste great.
The atmosphere is somewhat lively but also the loud crowd and lines forming inside the restaurant throw off the balance.
Even with all of this, this place deserves another visit.

They were extremely nice and very friendly and the salads were big and good for the large size, but they had some technical difficulties with the iPad and were unable to charge my card properly. As a result, they had to write it down which is unsafe and made my friends and I wait awhile. But the food was good!

Every time I come here the staff is so friendly and helpful. Always clean, easy to order and delicious food! Pozole is a fav and the spinach tortilla burritos.

I typically order food here through doordash. The food is always on point.
A few items I recommend:
1. Chimichangas – Very crunchy and flavorful. Not greasy
2. Taco-dilla with birria – cheesy meaty goodness with the consome. It’s perfection.
3. Super burrito – perfect balance in every bite
4. Taco salad – I love the crunchy taco shell with the fresh salad and steak.
5. Chips and guac – Made in house and the chips are thick and crunchy. The guac is fresh with a little bit of crunch from the onions.
One of these days, I need to check it out to get the full experience.

Overpriced. Low quality. And not great service from the staff. We ordered enchiladas and burritos. The enchilada plate could have come from a Swanson’s TV dinner. Then it had this salad with this vinaigrette on it that leeched down into the enchiladas. Ruined the dish. The rice and beans were not bad. But at a cost of what would be about three times the amount to go to taco Bell, taco Bell would have been 10 times better! This is not the worst Mexican restaurant that I’ve ever been to but there are just so many others that are better anywhere else at half the cost.

So me and my partner were hungry and looking for a sushi place to eat before our GDG meeting at Google HQ. We found two places to get sushi close to us but they were both closed, that’s when we can across Lulu’s. We were hungry so we just went in because tacos are always good to eat when your hungry, man on man the food here blew us away. We come from the central valley were there a taco place or truck on every corner, but these tacos we’re out of this world. This was hands down the best Mexican food I have ever had, can’t wait to go back up to the bay so we can go back and eat there!

I ordered chicken nachos with no beans for a snack. It is very good and the people that work here are nice. Love how smiley they were.

VERY LAME – which is too bad, because we’d like to be able to go here often. But overall our second visit was poor. Chicken burrito was the hilight – warm not hot, but good quality ingredients. Kids order wrong. Chicken tortilla soup was almost cold. And check out my picture of the $10.50 order of chips/salsa/guacamole. Ouch. The table area was pretty sloppy. If you live near Campbell and want food like this do the smart thing – go to Aqui. Or Baja Fresh.

It is really disappointing to see how businessess have reduced the ingredients and service and have outrageously raised their prices. I used to go to Lulu’s and they were good. Today I went and found them to be terrible. The food was so salty, and had very little of the main ingredient that I had ordered. The price was almost double to what I used to pay. I asked for extra salsa and was told basically, NO. Will not go there again. There are so many better places.
