The team in here is great! What I appreciated was the detail that was taken when I shared with female employee there that I had a life threatening allergy. When I arrived to pick up my order she let me know that she completely used all new ingredients bags to prevent cross contamination with my allergy and even cooked my pizza in a separate oven. I have never had anyone across any size of restaurant care that much about safety. I will always come to this Jacks!

Ordered from Jacks for the first time!! Pizza was great! Would have given 5 stars but there was something in the pizza that was way too spicy (it was still amazing)! Pizza was Huge!! A little pricey but took in consideration the abundance of toppings. Will definitely order from here again. Great first impression!

They don’t know how to make a pizza. They don’t even know how to chop the veggies. Bell peppers were so big that I was unable to eat it. They just put three pieces of mushrooms on it charged 17 dollars for just one medium size pizza. I tried them for first time and I’m never gonna go back to their place. I would never suggest it to anyone.

I came to get 1 large pizza with just pepperoni and sausage and some cheese bread. Wasn’t told til after I already paid it would be 25 to 30 minutes. So glad I didn’t have it delivered. Honestly I wouldn’t have gotten it if I had known it would be so long. I would have gotten it somewhere else that doesn’t take so long. Update…they gave my pizza to someone else right in front of me and couldn’t even tell me that so now I have to wait 20 minutes longer because my pizza is now in the oven. They give me my pizza and I get home and realized I just paid 37 dollars for a cheese and bread that was awful no flavor at all. Also the lady spent more time swearing than anything else.
Worst place ever. Never coming back. Got response back but didn’t even bother to do anything about my wrong order. Go figure.

This is a 10” big jack deluxe with no green olives extra banana peppers extra cheese cost $33 with delivery,it arrives no onion no green pepper no extra banana pepper no extra cheese no mushroom! I called and the manager said can you bring the pizza back to us so we can see, I said why would I pay 5 delivery fee plus 5 tip to get in my car and drive it back but I said I can take a picture I was told that’s ok no need , I was told I was getting a refund so we shall see, I will update post and let everyone know if the refund was honored!

We went around 1 on 7/25 and had wonderful service. The man working today greeted us with a smile and was very kind and accommodating. He provided us with above satisfactory service and the food was delicious! We got a 30 dollar coupon to get an 18 inch 2 topping pizza, soda, and breadsticks. The pizza has a crunchy, thinner crust and the pizza itself has lots of seasoning and flavor. We placed our order inside and it was only around a 12 minute wait.
