Update on this place…this AMAZING place!! Tonight, for spur-of-the-moment idea, decided to to go to dinner tonight & I said I wanted to go to The Corner, so we did & it was GAME NIGHT!! Not only did we have the best food & drinks, but played Family Fued & WE WON!! We are so going back next Tuesday for another game night & already invited a few friends to join us. We are excited to come back again. What a nice way to break up a work week. THANKS Y’ALL!!!
THIS place is amazing! Our 1st time here & we think THIS is our new spot. We had the pretzel bite appetizer & cowboy mac & cheese with pork & 2 different wing flavors with yummy tots. Absolutely LOVED the food & service & cute, cozy hometown restaurant! Can’t wait to go back.

We came in from out of town and chose to come here. The atmosphere is very nice open seats were comfortable.
Had the boudin egg rolls and they were off the chain. We had a salad and a burger.
Waited a good bit for the food, burger was good, but the tots were cold like they fried them 20 mins before the burger was done and the salad well it was a salad.
They were so overwhelmed in the kitchen there was no point saying anything.

We had the boudin egg rolls and mushrooms to start and they were both delicious. My husband had the Oak Street nachos and I had buffalo chicken wrap. We both loved our meals and their old fashions were fabulous. Absolutely will go again

We were the only customers in the restaurant at 4:00 on a Sunday (more came later) but the man who greeted us at the door did not give us a choice of tables or ask where we preferred to sit.
He put us at a 2-top table in a location we didn’t love, and the table number was #13 (my partner hates that number)
He just put the menus down without a word or a smile and walked away to the bar and went on his phone.
We did not like this introduction to this restaurant (our first time here). He had no name tag.
Our waitress was nice, and attentive. Also no name tag, so I’m not sure of her name.
We didn’t love how there’s no written list of what’s on tap, no price list for the draft beer. (My partner’s hearing impaired, so written info is all he can process)
Burgers were good. Thick and juicy. Excellent. Fries were good but a bit too salty and the ranch dressing was quite disappointing. Thin consistency. As watery as milk, no substance to it.

Excellent food and friendly staff. A quite place on the square in downtown Troy. We had the Cowboy Mac and Cheese and and the Church Street Sliders. I would recommend the Spicy Pimento Cheese appetizer. The Pepper jelly was really good.

The Host,Bartender, Server, Jake and the other staff were just wonderful! Kind and friendly, very customer oriented and knowledgeable in giving food suggestions and descriptions! Prompt service, super drinks…Blueberry Lemon drop created by Jake was just smooth and refreshing and delightful! Pimento Cheese with pepper jelly and hot pita bread was excellent! We came to Troy for homecoming, and decided to check out this quaint spot on the square.
Nice atmosphere! TVs are in good spots so we could watch some of the other games. It looked like a well stocked bar as well.
My family ordered nachos (as an entree), the chef salad, and I had the chicken ceasar salad. The lettuce was good. I do like my chicken to be served hot, and this tasted like it might have stayed in the window a bit long.
Our server, Hunter, checked on us several times. They were busy the entire time we were there, but Hunter always found time to make sure we were good.
This is a nice place, and we will surely be back for another meal!

The food is good and Jake makes the best drinks ever. No matter what you want Jake’s got you and it is always the best. I honestly have never had one that I just didn’t like, every single one has been delicious. Great service and atmosphere.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s probably great for college kids who want to sit around talking/drinking, but it wasn’t for me. I went for an impromptu lunch and thought it would be pretty good. However, I found it to be overpriced and overcooked. The burgers were also lacking in the flavor department.

Had Sunday brunch at The Corner with my wife and closest of friends. The food was excellent and so was the service provided by Paula who was a delight to engage with. This was a first time visit but will certainly go back again next time we are in Troy. Try this place, you’ll like it!
