Felt rush the food they ended up giving us , there was one person behind us. Food was super dry, chicken was so hard. Will not return back. I don’t want an apology for our experience they knew they served us gross and let us leave like that.

Absolute scam. There is no way in hell they are giving the correct portions of meat. I was able to put all the meat on half the roll. The guy said hes worked there for 10 years but ive been eating there for that long and i know for sure the meat is supposed to cover both pieces of bread. Ive watched them mess up and put the wrong portion on my cheesesteak before and try to pass it off.
All the pictures the cheesesteaks are over flowing with meat and fixins and when i grabbed the box it was so light i wasnt sure my food was even in there. Never ever going back and i hope enough people realize they are charging 10$ for bread with a taste of meat so they can actually give what they are advertising.
Plus the little girl that was working today needs to learn how to fix her face and be professional. Im upset cuz i feel like im getting jipped so giggle at me and roll your eyes. Extremely unprofessional. The owner gave me a refund but said thats just how it is… wish i took a picture of the pathetic meal they call cheesesteak so yall could see the scam for yourself.

Never eaten at a restaurant that tries to charge for water. Ordered food and went back up to ask for a water cup for my toddler and he refused. He said I’d have to but a drink. Tried showing my receipt pointing out I had just picked up my order for three people from the counter and water is always free and was told “we don’t do that anymore”. He suggested I “try next door” if I wanted free water. He wasn’t too busy either as me and my kids were the only customers there at the time. Decent food, horrible service

Rude employees that assume want I’m getting. Went to order and got a bacon 3 cheese and asked for ultimate fries and a large drink. Instead of giving me that he gave me regular fries and a small drink. When I corrected him he acted as if it was my fault. Then I get charged an extra $2.00 for miscellaneous and when I asked about it he said it was for the ultimate fries. But if you look at the receipt it already charged me for that.

They are similar to a Subway, but they also sell gourmet fries. I really like that they have a turkey cheddar melt and chicken Philly cheesesteak. I love getting all the extra veggies on there. I always ask for double the veggies at the end of the order line because it is more filling and still very yummy! (Ordering an extra piece of meat is an extra $2 and I think that option is too expensive. ) I love it so much that I eat there almost every day now!

This is the second or third time we have had a bad experience at this location. Could you please hire some employees who are at least semi competent? Its so loud you cant hear while you order or get your add ons at the end. The giant pieces of clear plastic dont help. They consistently put the wrong sauces and veggies on the sandwich, despite being crystal clear. Someone ALWAYS has an attitude and acts like the customer is a pain. Considering how expensive it is to eat here as a family, I expect far more from the employees and order accuracy. Wont be coming back.

Very poor customer service, they were so rude because they don’t want to make the food, the employees working acted like we didn’t speak Spanish and said “te salve from making food because they were going to eat wings” like we were being nice until they got rude with us but anyways I hope they think back and to act nicer because people are just human beings after all

I just got a club from there about an hour ago and I was just wanting to know who you put so much salt that I cant eat my food. why would you put salt on bacon? why would you put salt on ham? They are cured meats! They are salty all ready. Please teach who ever is on the flat how to properly season food. I don’t understand why they would put so much salt on things that are all ready salty. Is it really that hard to do? This is basic cooking 101, I don’t think I’m asking a lot. Please no more 80 shakes of salt on everything.
