I was in Baltimore today and forgot to stop n get coffee and didn’t want to wait to get coffee when I got home. Its over and a half drive home so I googled and found this place. Super glad they have the drive thru setup to show how the flow is supposed to be. I was a little confused I didn’t know NOLA had native drinks and wasn’t really quite sure what to even order. So I went on a total whim with this but it turned out pretty good. I tried the chocolate velvet ice with cold brew cream instead of whipped cream. I needed a mid afternoon slump pick me up. This drink honestly tasted exactly like McDonald’s mocha frappe (I don’t go to McDonald’s to eat n don’t even go there for the frappe anymore either as it did nothing for my caffeine need) and as their frappe don’t help with the pick me up, neither did this. It tastes great buuut for nearly $8 i really just wanted a caffeine surge for my ride home after a long morning/afternoon n did nooooot have it happen in the slightest. Again. tastes good but wouldn’t recommend for a sincere caffeine drinker/coffee espresso person like I am. I am the type that enjoys the bitter taste of quality brews not the overly overly sweet drinks with little caffeine but thats me and I think I just expected something different. I deliberately seek out new coffee spots n don’t do the chain places anymore because I love to support local and because they tend to have MUCH better quality in their brews. The customer service was fantastic and I absolutely cannot stress that enough. But it’s just not what I was looking for or a place I’d personally go to again. I suggest if you like tropical flavored juices and desert style drinks but not the super strong caffeine quality brews, this is your spot. Orrrrr you want a familiar taste of nola like kings cake but in a frozen drink, visit here.

Employees were very rude. We were on a lunch break and needed to use the bathroom, this was the 5th place we had visited (the others were out of service or non existent). We work outside and there is no opportunity otherwise for us to use the bathroom. They stated we needed to make a purchase, which is a completely understandable policy. One of my coworkers decided to pay for something for everyone – and while we were waiting to use the bathroom I could hear the employees complaining about the way she asked if she needed to pay separately for everyone to be able to use the bathroom or if we could just do it as one transaction. She asked very kindly, if anything rushed because she had to use the bathroom pretty badly. But even if she didn’t, there was no reason for them to be talking about her while we were still 10 feet away from them. Then on the way out they asked why we were in such a rush. Just completely unprofessional and rude. I have never heard of this business before and I will be sure to never return. Maybe this is why there was only one person in the establishment.

I really like this location. It is calm, quiet and festive. I love the decorations whenever there is a holiday and a special occasion. My favorites are of course the warm, flaky and yummy signature Beignets and any flavor Velvet Ice. This delicious frozen beverage is blended to perfection. So rich, creamy and smooth. Get your coffee served any way you like it! Enjoy!

I visited PJ’s on a whim a few weeks back. Although I didn’t plan on staying initially, their vibe made me. I caught up with my book while munching their humble but delicious Spinach Feta pie.
Located in a really narrow street, entering and exiting can be a tad painful but once you’re in, it’s easy to navigate.
They have both drive-through and dine-in options but I’d recommend dining in as the parking lot felt cramped and not recommended on a hot day.
I’ll certainly visit them again another day.

Pre-made sandwiches and no changing the options but maybe that will change too. Would love a sausage egg and cheese on a sandwich sized beignet!
Did not order beignet today because they were cook to order and took a little more time than I had, but saw some go out. They looked good with plenty of powered sugar. In hind sight I should have ordered 6 and just had my sandwich while I waited.
Well next review I will wait it out.

This place is wonderful!!! A little bit of New Orleans! Friendly and casual atmosphere. Clean and beautiful. Delicious coffee! And even an out door table to enjoy the spring weather!

The price was a bit much for such simple sandwiches, bagels, and ok coffee. The inside was cute and open spaced. We saw a lot of people using their wifi. Everyone had a drink. I would come here again for the atmosphere, but not if I were expecting special coffee/snacks. This place is female owned, and I will continue to support. I hope the quality improves, taste especially. Great place to just lounge and catch up with family or a friend! Service was good, nothing to worry about there.

We got the beignet and pumpkin swirl and it was so delicious! Also got the green tea mojito as a healthier alternative and it was good, not too sweet! Customer service was amazing! Very spacious and comfortable seating!
