I randomly found this spot on my drive back to Los Angeles from Phoenix while I was searching for something that wasn’t a soulless gas station.
I’m so glad I stopped in! I chose mango and pineapple and watched them prepare the raspados with so much care – layers of shaved ice, mango and pineapple syrup with chunks of fruit. I also added the condensed milk. It was soooo good, and a million times better than the American snow cones. I’ve seen other reviews with different toppings but my Spanish isn’t the best so I didn’t really know what to order when I got there. I’ll definitely come back again and try some other flavours. The owners were friendly and service was quick. So glad I found this spot while driving through Indio. Would highly recommend!

First time here. Was in the area and thought we’d try it out. It’s a little shop, only a few tables. It was very hot in there! No AC or if they did, they need to put the AC higher. The raspados were so good! Probably the best I’ve ever had. Kinda pricy, thought. I paid $9 just for a small one.
