This is my 3rd time eating here and have been absolutely blown away with how delicious the food has been! The Shrimp Siciliano is so good!! Highly recommend! My friend substituted Chicken instead of shrimp and was just as impressed. Then another order the spaghetti with meat sauce. 10/10 recommend!!

Went for the first time and really enjoyed it. The service was excellent. My husband and I both enjoyed our food. We both got caesar salads. He got the chicken alfredo and I got the lasagna. We plan to return in the future.

It was my first time visiting and I had a great experience! The food was excellent, and the portions were generous. I especially enjoyed the homemade bread and sauce. Although I was initially hesitant because of the low Yelp and Google reviews, I believe in supporting small-town businesses and decided to give it a try — and I’m glad I did. The pasta was absolutely delicious!

On first glance my expectations were pretty low. The environment really needs some work.
My booth had duct tape on the seat and the whole place is pretty dated. BUT it was clean and smelled nice. The photo being permanently screwed to the wall crooked by a good amount nearly overwhelmed my particular nature.

I have had some great meals in total dives though!

Let’s talk about the food though!
I know the reviews come and go, but the meal I had was top notch( canaloni) hot fresh and very tasty.
My daughter had the spinach ravioli in Alfredo sauce, now that was the star of the show!
5 stars for that one. Some of the best Alfredo I’ve ever had ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I’ve had a lot.

The rolls were unremarkable but the salad was nice. The server indicated that the ranch was home made , I remain unconvinced.

Overall the food was excellent right down to the nostalgic old plastic Pepsi glasses.

I’ll be going again.

The food was great! The staff were very welcoming, the wait wasnt long at all. I had the shrimp scampi, and my wife had the lobster and shrimp ravioli and it was delicious! Definitely worth the stop, we also were ask by the chef how the food was and they were happy to help!

Our first visit here was a golden time to corral memories of a fine Italian dining experience with food better than Olive Garden’s. The menu choices were more authentic than expected. Rolla has lacked such a place for decades. We will return and try other menu items. The rolls though were unique and a highlight of the meal.

We came in around 1pm on a Tuesday and Jaren was our server. He was lovely and very attentive.
Unfortunately I’ve worked at an Italian restaurant that’s been open for almost 60 years now so when I came here I had hoped for some authenticity. The Chicken marsala was the thinnest sauce I’ve ever had, and the portion of chicken wasn’t even half a chicken breast so I was a little disappointed. It by default came on Spaghetti which I’ve never had before but know why places don’t generally offer it served that way. None of the sauce as its not thick enough can actually ahere to the noodles. Which was disappointing because the flavor was your standard affair and the mushrooms absorbed all the flavor. The Spaghetti tasted like I was eating it plain and wet. The fettuccine alfredo had a nice creaminess but I’m not sure what they’re going for here?? Are we amaricanizing Italian food? If so it was perfect fine! Alfredo just doesn’t use heavy cream traditionally. Lastly the manicotti was filled with either a mozzarella cheese stick or straight mozzarella. Manicotti is NOT filled with straight cheese. Maybe the kids manicotti is served differently than the adults but id generally just expect a kids portion of actual manicotti. Not cheese filled manicotti pasta.
Tiramissu was very nice though!! Foccocia bread wasn’t even foccocia??? It looked like a halfed hogie roll with cheese, oil, and tomato slices on top. Foccocia is a simple, hand made dimpled bread with oil and the toppings are whatever. But it was certainly not hand made and if it was it’s extremely upsetting to not be warned at the table what it comes out as.

Food was amazing! Can’t wait to go back and try other entrees!
We had the lobster ravioli, chicken Diane, and a children’s manicotti but with alfredo sauce (picky kiddo). Added a salad to the entree for $1.99 and tried both the ranch and Italian dressings that were reported to be made in house. Enjoyed the bread rolls. The TIRAMISU was phenomenal!

The food and service was top notch. We went there for the first time for my Son’s Birthday. He loves italian food and he was not disappointed. He also had the tiramisu for dessert and he said it was the best he had ever ate. The pictures are of the Lobster Ravioli and their Joe’s Mixed Seafood. Both were amazing! Their bread was also a perfect match to eat with the pasta. I recommend if you like Italian food give Roma’s a try.
