My husband and I both agree that this location beats ours in our hometown in Texas hands down! The service was outstanding and so was the food. And all the employees looked happy to be there. There was singing and dancing and smiles all around! Texas branches, you could take a lesson from this Kansas location! We will definitely return whenever we are in town for work.

So many things went wrong. First we had called the day before to ask when they start serving prime rib on Sundays. We were told they serve all day, so we set up a call ahead for 1pm. Once there, they informed us they don’t serve it until 4pm. We drove over an hour for my birthday lunch with family for prime rib instead of going to another restaurant. When the food arrived, several plates had the wrong food items and this took a few attempts to correct. My steak, which was supposed to be medium rare, was blue.. like barely any heat applied, blue. They took it back to cook it a little longer and I guess they thought the solution was to sear it on the surface of the sun because it came back so burnt that it was charcoal. After multiple conversations with the manager, who not only delivered the burnt to a crisp steak to the table himself, but didn’t seem to really care about the issues either, we were offered a 10 dollar discount and a coupon for a future visit we will likely never use. The waitress is the only reason I even gave 2 stars. This is incredibly disappointing because we use to frequent this establishment quite often.. not so sure that will be the case now.

The food is awsome and is fast to order. The only thing that I didn’t like was the attention of server, she ask if I need a box for my food when I was eating yet, it was like she hurry up myself.

Sometimes this location can be hit or miss with the service and food. On our last visit, our waitress (Linda) did an awesome job making sure we had an enjoyable dinner. We didn’t have to ask for more rolls or drink refills, and Linda was very attentive to the table every time she walked past it, even though the place was packed.

We love TR. We try to utilize call ahead seating so our wait is less. Sat, spur of the moment we wanted to eat here. We did call ahead, and the wait was 2.5 hrs! We stopped by anyway and went to the horseshoe and were able to grab 2 seats there right away. Our bar staff was polite and fast. Our food disnt take too long. Salads came out in about 6 mins and out main came about 12 later. My husband always has 16 oz med sirloin. Cooked perfect. I had chops and they also were great. The peppercorn sauce really makes those.
