Beans & Brews, Herriman, Utah, conveniently located on West 12600 South. Beans & Brews Coffee House has been crafting exceptional coffee since 1993, when the Laramie family opened their first shop near Salt Lake City’s Liberty Park. Inspired by Utah’s mountains, we perfected high-altitude roasting to create smooth, bold flavors that set us apart. From our roots in Utah, we’ve grown into a beloved community across Idaho, Nevada, Colorado, Missouri, and Texas. At “Beans,” as our friends call us, we’re all about great coffee and even better connections. Regulars, newcomers, and travelers alike are always welcome—stop by and see why we’re more than just a coffee house. Cheers to good coffee and great company!

Yes they were friendly for the most part, almost left out a part of the order but luckily I noticed and waited at the window for them to realize. Start driving away and they did end up forgetting the caramel sauce for the churro bites, no big deal, go inside and grab some.
Get home and nothing was “cooked” more meaning heated up but it was all uncooked except for the churros, they were burnt. The Raw bacon was not pleasant. Cheese hasn’t even been melted and eggs felt as if they were fresh out of the fridge! Complete joke.
Ordered the caramel cold brew with cream.
It’s disappointing to get the wrong coffee order.
You’re tired in the morning and look forward to that cup of Joe.
Should have got a receipt. Had too much faith in them to assume they got it right.
So frustrating.
This location is like 80% never correct.
I’m not sure why I think it will be any different any time I go. It’s the nearest one to my house but sadly they are not good. It’s like they just take orders without actually listening.
The coffee and drinks are fantastic as well, clearly made with care and quality ingredients. My only suggestion would be to add more gluten-free options to the menu.
Overall, this is exactly the kind of local business that deserves support. The combination of exceptional customer service, great products, and genuine hospitality makes this a must-visit spot. I’ll definitely be back!
