Downloaded yelp because this is pretty bad.
Yes they were friendly for the most part, almost left out a part of the order but luckily I noticed and waited at the window for them to realize. Start driving away and they did end up forgetting the caramel sauce for the churro bites, no big deal, go inside and grab some.
Get home and nothing was “cooked” more meaning heated up but it was all uncooked except for the churros, they were burnt. The Raw bacon was not pleasant. Cheese hasn’t even been melted and eggs felt as if they were fresh out of the fridge! Complete joke.

Idk what happened to this location and when it got so bad. Went 2 days ago and waited in line for nearly 30 minutes, only 4 cars ahead, what possibly can take that long. On top of that, they messed up the order and ALWAYS burn the churros. Why sell them if you can’t make them fresh? And then I went yesterday, the day after my bad experience and am told they’re out of both vanilla and irish cream so they can’t make my drink, and thennnnnn the receipt paper doesn’t work so I can’t get my points. This has to be the worst location by far. Also, are you ever going to fix your intercom where customers order? I’m told to repeat myself multiple times when I’m already yelling. I see other reviews regarding you guys had a whole crew and they quit because of the manager, Chris. If you’re the owner who reads this, you should listen to your employees and understand that the manager makes all the difference in the world. If you have a manager nobody likes, nobody will want to work at your store. Maybe listen to your baristas and assistants, and make positive changes.

Ordered a burrito today. Took a bite and as you can see I was disgusted by mold in it. I took it back in and showed the manager who refunded me and gave me a gift card. I asked him what their procedure is for making sure food isn’t out of shelf life. He said he didn’t work last night. Hope they will fix this before someone gets sick. I won’t be going to Beans and Brews again.

I’ve been holding on to finally doing this review. It’s unacceptable that you have to order literally three times (if using the drive-thru) first when you are supposed to place your order, and then two more times when you are picking it up. Yes, you might think your order went through, but not. And I’m talking about out ordering just one item from the menu… translate this practice to three vehicles… you’ll be waiting approx 10-15 minutes at least. Really sad to see this happening over and over. I guess my last time using this store.

Should have got a receipt. Had too much faith in them to assume they got it right.

This location is like 80% never correct.
I’m not sure why I think it will be any different any time I go. It’s the nearest one to my house but sadly they are not good. It’s like they just take orders without actually listening.

The grilled cheese was so slapped together the bread didn’t meet up, the hash waffle was cold, pale, and falling apart, and my mocha wasn’t mixed to the point that it was gritty. I saw the cashier charge me for a large mocha when I asked for a medium and it says the same on the receipt. An off-duty staff member came in after I ordered and yell-talked for so long with the cashier whose name on the receipt was “Champagne Papi” so I have no idea who took my order. Can’t believe I spent $12 on something so gross and inedible/undrinkable

Coffee is delicious and staff are the best here. EDIT: the music is so loud here that it’s impossible to focus. Also, the speakers sound like they are blown out so it’s just garbled noise coming out. I asked that they turn it down or off, but they tell me “they can’t” or that “the manager makes them keep it on”. I USED TO come in twice a week to work on my computer and it WAS a great work environment away from the office.

I stopped by with an unusual request and was blown away by the incredible service I received. It turned out to be the owner who helped me, and they went above and beyond to assist – truly a standout experience that you rarely find these days.
The coffee and drinks are fantastic as well, clearly made with care and quality ingredients. My only suggestion would be to add more gluten-free options to the menu.
