The manager Amy asked questions no one has ever asked, including whether I wanted square slices (the standard) or traditional wedge-shaped slices and also, when I ordered extra cheese, she asked if I wanted it added on top. I found these questions insightful, an extra accommodation to make sure I loved my pizza – which I did!

I’ve ordered from this location several times and it’s always… Okay. When I ordered this time though, my one pizza was completely messed up. It literally looked like someone shook the box, three pieces were on top of each other and we couldn’t even put it back together right, it looked like random pieces thrown in the box. I called the restaurant to get refunded for the messed up pizza and was told they would remake it or give me a coupon for next time. I told them I’m not ordering again so please refund my money
At that point the manager got on the phone and said she would refund me but I needed to pay again for the other pizza I ordered (which I noticed after the call was also incorrect, it was supposed to be thin crust and it was a pan pizza). Then she said it would take 2-3 days to process the return but they took my second payment right away?? Anyway, the manager was nice but the pizza is subpar at best and I’m not ordering from them again.

Every once in awhile you are pleasantly surprised by the service you receive. Quick order time, wings were perfect and the most personable delivery driver I have encountered in a long time. Amy from Crozet VA Dominoes was the best. It’s nice to have a delivery driver who is able to deliver awesome customer service and carry on a brief conversation and actually look like she enjoys being employed.
Amy actually knows what Alpha -gal food allergy is that I have – I can only order the plain wings; And then lemon pepper them up.
I own retail stores and if I happened to be looking for a lead associate or manager; I would not hestitate to hire Amy. Wish you the best of luck!

We ordered delivery tonight, including loaded tots. When we opened the box, it was clear that there were some missing, because there was bits of cheese and sauce as well as oil on the parchment paper where tots were supposed to be, and about a 1/4 of the box was empty.
It’s clear to me that someone ate some of the tots we ordered. I’m extremely disappointed and frankly disgusted that someone touched the food I paid for. We try not to order here anyway, but I’m completely avoiding it now. Good job losing a customer!

There is literally a “Quality Check” step of the pizza tracker, that my pizza passed. I checked in for carside and someone comes out saying I have to wait for my whole order to be remade because “something was wrong with it”. I literally just waited 30 minutes for the first order. Now I have to wait in the rain for an indeterminate amount of time for my order to be remade. Maybe actually look at the food during the quality check step? They are probably going to throw the whole order away too instead of including it, however wrong it is.

I don’t often order pizza but after several days of being inside the house and dealing with a migraine I decided to treat myself. Last Thursday I ordered a medium sized pizza with onions, green peppers, mushrooms and sausage. It cost me a little over $16.00 plus a $5.00 tip. I asked if they would bring it to the car for me and they did. I’m sorry but I can’t tell you how disappointed I was. The crust was super thin and I had to search for any vegetables and sausage! I could have bought myself a really nice dinner for what I paid for this poor excuse for a pizza! I am on a fixed income and I’m retired so I don’t eat out very often and when I order food for pickup I expect it to be presentable and filling. This was not! Be assured this will be the last time I get Dominos pizza!

Tried on multiple occasions. Really good customer service and fast delivery but the food might be suffering from that. Had to throw the last pizza away it was so bad. Other dominos aren’t this bad.

I got a white pizza (feta and spinach) and Domino’s did about as well as I expected. It lacked flavor, there was more juice in the onions than in the pizza, and so much garlic that it hurts your throat- just completely butchered. The only thing they do right are garlic bites, but nothing is truly worth it for the price.

Updated review – I still miss having a Pizza Hut out here, but in a pinch this Domino’s works. I get their Italian sandwich pretty often. Some employees are definitely better at making it than others. They are always nice though, even when they are busy.
