I purchased a few of the chicken pastries some of them had tainted meat, smelled terrible and looked different than the other ones. This is the 3rd time we’ve received bad rotting food. Called to let them know and ERICA hung up on me.

I feel so disrespected by this restaurant! If I could do 0 starts, I would. I ordered a bandeja paisa with uber eats and what I got was absolutely disappointing. It literally looked like I received someone’s left overs and not an entire bandeja. The pictures that I uploaded are literally before I even touched the food. All i did was move the little piece of steak they gave to show just how incomplete and unappealing the entree looked, and the taste was horrible. The steak was way over cooked, there was no avocado and the beans had no flavor whatsoever. I WILL NEVER REORDER FROM THIS PLACE, there’s better colombian places around the area.
Update: for the owner who replied to my comment, I think it’s very deceiving that you are trying to blame another company for your low quality food. On top of that pretending that you have a video of my personal order and insinuating that a third party messed with the food. Best thing to do is take accountability for the poor product that was sent and rectify the situation for your customer. There’s plenty of reviews stating the same thing about the bad food that’s being served, rather than blaming others, try to improve your restaurant and have better standards, constructive criticism isn’t always a bad thing, it’s a way to help you improve. If you are serious about refunding my order, I can call the restaurant today and set up a time for me to come by your establishment,

Ordered a pandebono and bunelo to go because I needed to drive to my destination.. both pastries were cold. Ew! Packaging was cute. They came in a little box. But at least ask me if I want it heated. I assumed it was warm. This is the second time I’ve given this place a chance. Both time we’re disappointed. I do not recommend this place! I’ve noticed the other reviews, most positive reviews are those that are dining in. But mostly all take out orders are gross. Location has so much potential bc we need a good Colombian bakery in this area but they are not executing!

My family and I got calentado con carne asada. We were so excited to have Colombian food but this was a huge disappointment. This did not have any Colombian flavors. My eggs tasted heavily like butter and they were so watery. My rice was so mushy and watery too. The steak was soooo hard and it was seasoned in some weird spices. I am not a picky eater at all but I could no finished this. We also got an arepa con queso. It was soooo greasy, I can see the pool of grease just sitting on my cheese. I took two bites and could not get past it. We tried the salpicon.. it’s a fruit salad in juice. Probably the only thing we would that was ok. My kids enjoyed it. It was like watered down juice with old fruit in it. Would we be back? Unfortunately no. Huge disappointment.

I ordered the chicharrones with arepa and a beef empanada. It was very disappointing. Everything tasted like reheated food. Chicharrón wasn’t crunchy and more grease than meat. Arepa was gummy and the empanada wasn’t fresh.
I really love the location in Chickasaw and I was expecting the same. But definitely not the same quality.

Horrible place listen to the reviews stay away . The food is not good at all , the service is bad and the staff is incompetent. The chicharrón was CHEWY and COLD. I saw them drop the thongs (ones used to serve the premade fried food) on the floor, picked it up and then continued to use them dirty. Try terracotta instead they are nicer and cleaner!!!

Everything was so good! The drinks was so fresh you would think the fruit tree was right out back!! We had the chicken soup, a few empanadas, lemonade with natural cane sweetener, and fresh soursop juice.
