I’m not one to complain about fast food restaurants. Especially if it’s one of my favorites but the service I had tonight was horrible! I ordered through the Mobile app. Got there and I get it they were busy but we say there for 20 minutes. They told me when I got my food “next time go through the drive through our numbers don’t work” and wasn’t very considerate of the way he said it either. They not only told me that but forgot half of my order. If you’re understaffed and busy don’t operate the business plain and simple.

The chilli dogs were great, but I ordered a large crinkle fries and they were hard and l understand it was late but I would have waited for fresh french fries. Please pay attention to that because that was our dinner and we could not eat the fries. I love sonic and the same energy put in the day time needs to be put in at night please

Went a few days ago to get a drink there was barely anyone there and they took forever to get two drinks out. When we said thank you the employee just looked at us and didn’t even say you’re welcome. The people there are rude and not the most polite. There’s only a few employees there that are nice and the rest need to show more respect to customers. I wish there was another sonic in habersham or they start to have better customer service because the customer service is the worst at this location and some of the employees are very rude.

I am a religious customer especially for milkshakes and ice cream!! It’s gotten to the point i have to use the app to make sure an order goes through because you never know if they’re taking cards or not because lately they are always saying cash only. Not to mention you have to call first to see if they are even selling ice cream because they always have an excuse (ex: we’re out, the machine isn’t working, machines cleaning), worse than McDonald’s and that says a lot!!! Even the app will still take your order if they are out then you waste gas driving there for them to tell you an excuse and have to refund your money!! It’s complete BS!! I’m almost to the point of sucking it up and going to another restaurant even if theur sizes are smaller than Sonic!! They have now closed off the mobile order line as well so everyone has to sit in one line even if you order ahead of time!! Last but not least some of the employees need an attitude adjustment and customer service skills!! If they don’t fix several things soon, they will be another empty building sitting in Cornelia like other restaurants that bottomed out!!

Love the unique experience this sonic offers as a drive through only. Went through probably during the lunch rush and still got my food in a timely matter. The employees were genuinely nice and friendly and even the manager was hard at work getting customers their food.
Will be stopping by again.

The female person working tonight was a real snot. When I couldn’t get her to tell me the 1.99 specials because they are not on the menu board, ….I told her I would just go on down the road to a different fast food place. And this is what she said, “oh good, thank G-d”
I’m 63 & disabled, sometimes require assistance for both physical & cognitive tasks. This has happened at your location twice. I know there won’t be a third because I will not bother to go there again.

2-4-26 update:
Well I have made an appointment with a neurologist after my most recent decision to try sonic again. I wanted a nice drink of a decent size. I ordered a medium Ocean Water and Sonics medium must be the smallest in the industry. It took way longer than it should, but that is opinion, and did not taste right until I stirred it up, which should be done in the kitchen not the front seat of my car. So I paid 3.09 for what is a small at most other ff restaurants and it was not made well and took too long. Apparently my memory is around 6 months long.

8-9-25 update:
This place continues to be on the list of places to avoid, I got hit really hard on the head the other day and decided to give them another try. They lose orders, make them wrong when they find them and are rude. How do you consistently perform that poorly?

1-29-25 update:
I would give zero if I could. I waited for 17 min at lunch (most of my lunch break) and only got my food because I left my car and knocked on the door. The management here clearly needs to be replaced. Consistently bad service for years. This is not the fault of the two people running the place at lunch but the incompetence of management to adequately staff their business. You should be ashamed of yourself. Sonic corporate, how do you let a location like this drag your brand down?

Original review when they first opened:
People are being too harsh for a place that just opened. It was crazy busy one time I went but the other two times everything was great and food came out fast. Give them some time and don’t be so quick to give a 1 star review.

Update:
weeks later they have just gotten worse. 20 min in a parking spot for 4 drinks. When I walked up they were sitting there ready but no body is running out food. Disorganization is a sign of poor management. And the unfriendliness and sour looks from the people working there has changed my mind after this last visit.

i really wish this place would get it together. there is simply no reason it should take TWENTY FIVE minutes to get TWO drinks. especially when i mobile ordered 10 minutes before i get there. desperately needs a deep clean and new management ASAP before this place goes under.
