No customer service at night. They didn’t smile nor thank their customers. One of the staffs had to redo my order and still made it wrong, their new flavor of banana bread batter. She kept using French vanilla ice cream instead of banana bread flavor ice cream. She also didn’t take the time to mix in all the ingredients for Founder’s Favorite.

I ordered a cake one week ahead of time. Pick up time on the receipt said 12 pm. Around 11:30 she called me to let me know they did not have green dye for the frosting. She let me know the manager was going to bring the dye later. I asked around what time ? She said I don’t know, the manager lives far, I let them know it was fine to use white frosting. When I picked it up it was plain white with a few spots where you can see the cake. I asked her to fix it. Which she did. I also confirmed the flavor and she said yes.When it was time to cut the cake , it had oreo ice cream and vanilla . I had asked for cheesecake. Never ordering from here again. Plus they charged me for a custom cake. It was pretty much like the ones they have on the shelves. Nothing was customized for me.

Ice cream was delicious I had the brownie batter, cake batter, and the cookie dough flavors with brownies mixed in for only just under $7. Customer service was nice, they answered the questions we were asking and were helpful. I’ve had cakes from here before as well and they’re also top notch.

ice cream is hit or miss. very inconsistent. last couple times i ordered mudpie mojo, it wasnt mixed very well. very huge pieces of oreos sparsely throughout. hardly any peanut butter. didnt taste much fudge. if i pay for a large, i should get more peanut butter/fudge/almonds. feel like im getting skimped out on and the kids just want to rush and get you out not mixing your ice cream right and seem to kind of give you a hard time when you try to correct them. ice cream is excellent when made right. you pay 15 dollars for ice cream, you expect something premium, not lacking

Not the best customer service. Friendly, they weren’t rude, but they move as slow as snails. They saw me and a line of at least 10 people behind me and it took two workers to help one customer while the third worker hid in the back.
On a small regular serving bowl you get a full scoop of whatever toppings you order. I ordered a 64oz. which is to include four toppings… they gave me a small scoop of each topping so I basically have an entire container of plain ice cream. That isn’t what I go to Cold Stone for… if I wanted that I would’ve bought cheap plain vanilla ice cream from a grocery store.
