I went on a Friday at 8:16pm and it was only drive thru. I ordered an original pepperoni. In the last couple months they make you wait around 15 mins so I expected that but I think they forgot about me because I was there for an hour. Other cars would come and go. I was parked in the front of the restaurant until the guy red like what’s your order and he came out 2 mins later. I called then twice and it doesn’t even ring. It’s just people talking about the app Terrible service.

Cashier (girl with blue colored hair)is super rude rushed me and cut me off while still ordering didn’t even get my order right after rushing me, maybe not rush customers next time and you might get orders right. Other workers have been great though.

Horrible customer service. I called to order a cheese pizza and I show up 12 min later also when I showed up no one helped me over the counter but there were 3 workers there laughing and hanging forgetting they had a job but anyways they apparently didnt have an order for me. I check the numbers and the address its the same little ceasers I called to place the order. Fix your workers little ceasers cause thT middle age woman who works there at the 900 talbot ave locagtion is so rude and always has an attitude.

I got the Detroit Style and it was like eating bubble gum, pizza dough was raw. They also have the worst parking lot, an accident waiting to happen for customers.

Really wonder if you get an “Extra Most”. I have ordered a Classic multiple times and get charged an extra most. I wonder how many people they do this to. Never again… I rather spend a couple of bucks more and get better quality.

Overall this location service is terrible, the manager who took my order was rude. I ordered hot and ready pizza, after I paid I was told to park in front that there was a wait. I would have like to have been told beforehand because I did have time to wait. The outside of the store has trash everywhere and did feel comfortable with food after seeing all that. The entrance of the location should be a reflection of the team working here, if they do not care enough to clean I can only imagine the care they put into making the food. Please teach team to be more friendly and nice to the customers. They signed up to work here and are paid to be there it’s the least they could do.
