Well I can’t say what the food is like I never got a chance to eat. Walked in and stood in the doorway for a while. Not sure if I was supposed to sit myself or wait. I made eye contact with a couple of the wait staff, but was never even acknowledged. A quick gesture or comment that I would be waited on when they could would have gone a long way. I guess it’s gonna be pizza hut for me. Too bad this place seems to have pretty good reviews.

Had a wonderful meal here. It was the Tex Mex Chicken Salad. It was fabulous and the waitresses were exceptional. They were very busy and did a great job and always had smiles on their faces. Highly recommend!

The seating area is small, and always full. Just a testament to how delicious the food is. Servers were incredibly friendly and attentive. Smothered chicken with a side of parmesan green beans- absolutely perfect. Highly recommend Southside- if you can find a seat!

Update from last review; I dined in on the 12th of February, the food was excellent and cooked precisely to order. Our Server (Miss Liz) did a fine job and made our dinning experience quite pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you “SouthSide Grill”!

Easy to find from the highway.
Hours are a bit all over the place, luckily we showed up a little before they opened during their summer hours.
The waitress was really loud and (when she was at the bar) distracting and used bad language which made the environment not very peaceful. The waitress service was average.
The restraunt is clean.
The food was very good! That’s why I give this place a four star!
Cost is about $20 average for dinner.

Had a great experience. You wouldn’t expect it but the ribeye is fantastic. My wife really enjoyed the chicken fried steak. Will definitely be back.

Aside from the very inconvenient hours of operation and days open. This is definitely a visit again place. Three different meals and all three were great. Burgers and fried food. All the meat was moist and fries were fried lol. And at the end ya get free sugar cookies!
