I got a sandwich with the newly returned honey oat bread. Was excited as it’s been gone and I used to love it. Wasn’t the case this time. The bread was very hard and chewy. The manager Nellie was happy to refund me AND make me a perfect sandwich on the Italian herb and cheese!

It has been a couple of months. I haven’t been to this Subway but I made it there today. I was a little bit disappointed that the soda fountain in the ice maker was down and then as well the refrigerator where they keep the sodas cold wasn’t even keeping the drinks nice and ice cold. It is messed up how the way they charge you for a full price of a beverage. When is is lukewarm but in the up and up the food was pretty awesome. Like always the person who clings the tables. He makes sure the tables are nice and cleaned and the new lady behind the counter. She was also very generous on the portions and basically the food was awesome. I asked to have my sandwich extra toasted but with my peppers onions inside my sub and I also acts ax for sheets. It was a go-to way to do. Hopefully on my next visit the soda, fountain and ice Maker will be running. We’ll see

I have been regularly visiting this Subway for the past 4 years. In the past the ownership was a little shoddy, but in the past two years it has taken new ownership and I have never had a bad order. The owner is extremely polite and caring as are the employees. The store is always clean and the food is excellent. Highly recommended.

I came there and I seen rats running around while getting my food and I seen mice poop in her bread they also were rude I’m not sure if he was the boss or worker but he was rude and had an attitude towards me for no reason the meatballs I got were old and cold but the girl with red hair was extremely nice and welcoming she made the sandwich perfect and even gave me extra sauce and napkins but for the other things were horrible I wouldn’t recommend going here and some dude was there complaining how he got sick off the chicken and threw up and the cookie bags had mice dropping in it please shut this place down. Or I’m contacting board of health

My first time at this Subway. The young lady working at mid-day was amazing! She had a few people in line, an online order and she was helping someone who ordered 4 sandwiches. She was so calm under all that pressure. I felt the anxiety for her. She continued to help everyone, so cool and very polite. She maintained proper food handling and cleaning the work area. Whatever she’s getting paid, she deserves more!
I ordered 2 Turkey Footlongs. They were perfect, except for the teriyaki sweet onion sauce. I’m not a fan. Bring the old Sweet Onion sauce back!

We are not normally from MA, we are from NY but looking to move so we were visiting MA and wanted subway so we googled what was closest and this shop came up. The guy working was literally the nicest subway worker I’ve ever come into contact with. He was sooo nice. He made out subs so delicious too. I looked on our receipt to see if the guy who served us was but it just said Served By: 1. Either way. My experience was great.

The server guy was rude. He didn’t pay attention to what I’d like to order. He looked impatient. I ordered several sandwiches. I asked him to mark them. He was very confident. However it turned out he just randomly marked just because I asked. After having the sandwich, my son had stomach. This was the worst Subway restaurant that I have visited. I will never go to this one even if the meal were free!

Friendly workers that make my sandwiches better tasting then other subways locations. I went to another location the other day and it just wasn’t the same. The young African American dude with glasses is super nice and makes a bomb tuna sandwich with just the right amount of everything.
