This Ramen place was honestly incredible! The ramen had incredible flavor and the chicken wings I got was so crunchy and delicious!
I got the Tonkatsu Ramen with chicken and my husband got the Tonkatsu Ramen with Pork and it was incredible.

I would rate this place higher if I could, the owner is awesome! I love the murals, the food was amazing, and the capybaras are really nice. The ramen of any kind are so authentic, the gyoza is cooked perfectly, and the red capybara roll I had was incredible. If you’re in the area looking for a good place for authentic Japanese food. This is it.

Capybara Ramen in Kissimmee was absolutely amazing! The ramen was rich, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, and the sushi was just as impressive—fresh, well-made, and delicious.
Shoutout to our server, Menn, who made the experience even better. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without being overbearing. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving great service.

This place is adorable. The food is 100/10. This little ramen shop is the something that the neighborhood has been missing. I am so glad that it’s found its home. The noodles are handmade every day along with broth. The rolls are hand made as well. My husband and I stopped in for the lunch special which will give you a drink a side salad or Edamame and a main dish. I had a capybara special roll and had a small spicy tuna roll as its companion. Everything was well made, and very fresh. We also were talking with the counter staff who is the artist who does all the very cute artwork of the capybara’s all around and it is precious. I cannot wait to see what they do with the space and the food. My husband had the Ramen Which he really loved. He said that there was bold flavor. It was very hearty and very filling. There was tons of protein in there as well. As of March 2025, they do have new hours which I have attached along on my review

O.m.g. the food was SO GOOD. We ordered two different sushi rolls, the Capybara and one with torched salmon on top. I can’t remember the name. We also ordered our own build-a-don. It was delicious. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients.

The restaurant was super chill and the owner was really nice. Loved the mural and paintings on the wall. I ordered the Miso Ramen and substituted the pork with the shrimp.The soup was really good and flavorful. I’m definitely happy there’s a ramen restaurant in my area. I’ll be back again for sure.
