Love the thick crust pizza but I recently ordered a pizza and the meats was skimpy, they left of the onions on my BBQ pizza. Overall I still love the flavor and crust but wish they wouldn’t skimp on the meats.

I stopped by on way back home on news year eve. To get my pizza. Very well run place! Staff member held the door and welcomed everyone coming in. Very well staffed and was busy this evening. Everyone seemed to be working together very well. Everyone was quick. Cashier offered a coupon, etc . Garlic Parmesan Wings were good too.

I love coming here. Skylar is always so sweet, attentive and goes above and beyond. She is the definition of southern hospitality. She introduced me to the cinnasquares and I haven’t been able to stop. You can tell she is an extremely hard working and takes pride in her job.

I am considering taking my business elsewhere due to my recent experiences with Marcos. I used to visit frequently, but after a rude encounter with the staff at the Trinity location on Halloween—over a simple request for my missing sauce—I haven’t returned there. The location across town is usually nice, but on December 5, 2024, I decided to try the Stage location because it was closer.

I ordered two large pizzas with one topping for $19.99 and used my $10 loyalty discount. However, when I got home, the pizzas were extremely dry and had little to no sauce at all— not double. I always request double sauce (which can be viewed in my order history because I dislike dry pizza. I called and spoke to Kaitlyn York, who informed me that the kitchen insisted they had put sauce on the pizzas. I have photos that clearly show the lack of sauce and that the pizzas were overcooked, which contributed to their dryness. I even had to add hot sauce just to make them somewhat edible.

Kaitlyn offered me a credit of $12.06, but I explained that it wasn’t sufficient to cover remaking my pizzas. She told me she couldn’t give me $20 since I only spent $12. I reminded her that I earned that $10 discount by being a loyal customer. I suggested a credit for two correctly made pizzas instead of a monetary refund, but she refused. I couldn’t come back that night because it was 29 degrees outside and I was already settled.

I’m really upset about this situation and feel that corporate should be aware of how hard it is to make a living in America. Customers spend their hard-earned money at your establishments, and it’s disheartening when employees treat them poorly. This kind of treatment can drive customers away. Please make this right, as my concerns couldn’t be resolved at the local level.

Update: I just spoke to Sky and she was amazing. She rectified the issue and was very apologetic. She understands the importance of loyal customers. Kaitlyn can learn a lot from her(Sky).

I am right here at Mario’s. The lady with the purple hair is wonderful!!! Pizza looks great!!! The only problem I have is that no one is wearing gloves when making the food and the lady with the pink phone does not need to have the phone out while making the pizza, cross contamination!!!! Otherwise everything is great!!!!!

Update 6/5/23: Marco’s is still my favorite pizza place. However, my most recent visits I have ran into some issues. First issue is that they have changed their app and it is much worse than the old app. Not user friendly, difficult to navigate and sometimes just doesn’t work at all. My most recent order was mostly correct but for the amount of money spent I expected better. I paid for and requested grilled chicken on 2 of the salads and they only put it on one. Still great customer service but please ask your staff to pay closer attention to the details.

Marco’s is still my favorite pizza place. Love the pizza, my wife loves the pizza bowls. Unfortunately they’ve discontinued gluten free pizza crust and its been replaced with cauliflower crust for small pizza only, as if there aren’t people that love more than a small pizza and that have issues with gluten.

Love the people but when making pizza bowls they lack very much.
i paid extra for extra meat and cheese and every time only 75% of the bowl is filled up compared to other locations I get 2 times more product at the same price.
