I ordered a turkey and cheese sub with no tomato. Not only did it come with tomato, there was 1 singular slice of turkey on the sub and 1 singular slice of cheese. This was the worst sub I’ve ever had in my 31 years living in New Jersey and this place does not deserve any business ever again

The driest tuna sub I have ever had. Were you low on mayo or something? $18+ for a terrible sandwich. Will be asking for a refund in the morning. Based on this I will avoid this location in the future.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Jersey Mike’s was so perfect I have to share. The staff here genuinely cares — friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile.
They accommodate guests in every way possible, making sure orders are exactly how you want them. They even offer free water without you having to ask — it’s those little touches that show they actually value customers.
The place runs like clockwork — fast service, clear communication, and an atmosphere that makes you feel welcome the second you walk in. I’ve been to many sandwich shops, and this is by far the most professional, well-run crew I’ve ever seen. Five stars all the way — you should definitely come.

Been coming to this location for years and usually they are very good except for today. I walked in and was the ONLY person in the store and the girl with braces working was extremely rude. She asked what I wanted for each sub but she completely ignored it and added toppings and sauces that I didn’t ask for. Then she ignored me when I attempted to correct her. Genuinely bad service from her.

Made everything in my order completely wrong. Ordered 2 buffalo chicken cheese steak. Paid extra for additional meat, which was $4 dollars each bowl and they couldn’t even do that either. 33 dollars for two embarrassing lunches. Extremely Pathetic and not the first time with lavalette jersey mikes either. They also don’t have a working phone number either. Completely useless.

I ordered a bowl (deconstructed sub) and the lettuce they put in my bowl was brown and slimy. It wasn’t just a couple pieces, it was the whole thing. I was really disappointed. My kids’ subs had the same gross lettuce on it too.

Where is the meat Mike? The picture is a roast beef, turkey and cheese. I really used to love the subs at Jersey Mike’s, I live near this store and I’m so bummed because I’m done. I refuse to pay the prices for their skimpy little sandwich. They used to make such a nice sandwich , it’s not just a random occurrence, they have been skimping all summer. Last week I ordered a number 7 with double meat just to see how much they would put on and it was a sandwich like they used to serve. It’s really a shame that you have to pay for extra meat to get a decent sandwich…….

I’m done with Jersey Mikes Lava. I simply asked for a BLT with provolone cheese, and turkey. These people looked at me like I had five heads. I added two things to a normal, basic BLT…. One of the employees made fun of my order with the other employee in front of my face. I will never go back there again.
