In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. We came to eat here instead of little Bangkok because they couldn’t be bothered to stick by their open times. I’m honestly glad we got snubbed by little Bangkok because this is one of the best Jets Pizzas I’ve had in a hot minute! Their hot wings were delicious too, they were tangy. The guy taking our order at the counter is the same guy who brought it to the table and he was really nice and had a cool personality. If you love pizza, eat here!!

I ordered an online lunch special and when I arrived at the store the order had failed. I tried 4 more times, each time the order failed. The young associate asked for assistance from his manager and the manager explained the possible causes for the inconvenience. He was gracious and polite.
I think he taught his employee the importance of customer service by being so kind. I will return again and again to the store on Cascade and Forest Hills. The pizza is the best and this particular manager is excellent.

Pizza is always hot and high quality. Drivers are courteous and ahead of quoted times. The promptly answer their phone. The BLT pizza was perfect – lettuce was still cool and crisp but the pizza was hot.

It’s ok for fast food pizza. I can’t say that I like it any better than the other massive chain fast food pizza places. But I can say it’s considerably more expensive than the others. This location is nice because they have tables and you can eat here. It’s a nice place to sit down with a group of rowdy children and you don’t have to worry about anything. It’s a good option when I’m in the area with the kids and want to sit down and eat, but don’t want to deal with the hassle of bringing the kids inside a traditional restaurant

Oh my goodness gracious. The staff at this fine establishment are not like others. They care for you as if they’re your own. They do anything possible to make a smile on your face when serving you a delicious, hot, tasty, spectacular pizza. I love this location, best Jets Pizza in all of Michigan. Thank goodness I live around the corner . 5/5 stars for these amazing workers.

I took my family to the fine establishment and my sweet God this is the best quality pizza I have had in ages, the quality of the service was pristine and the atmosphere of the restaurant just makes me feel right at home. After I ate here it was the best day of my life, nothing but a circle of smiles for me and my family of four. Not to mention the kids loved it here they won’t stop asking me for those delicious cinnamon sticks. Thank you for your service!
