I wouldn’t even rate the atmosphere! It was not cute! My hubby ordered 3 pizzas and bread bites but as I got home he asks where is the bread bites. So I check the order and call them. A young girl answered and she heard my issue and hung up on me. I called back 2x and she forward my call each time. I headed to the store, cause of course I’m entitled to what was paid for. She was rude and nasty. Didn’t get her name but she had streaks in her hair and colored eyes, Caucasian of course! I get there to speak to a manager! Demarcus was very helpful, and nice! Precious, the manager was helpful and took care of everything. Of course I seen the girl there and she had no class or manners. A pizza came out the wrong way and she started cursing! So unprofessional and a hot mess. The way of customer service these days are just not it. But I either review if it’s terrible or really good (why waste my time) and this wasn’t it. But I do thank Demarcus and Precious for doing there jobs. Thank you!!

The absolute worst dominoes on this side of the Mississippi River. Both of my pizzas had multiple bubbles and the pasta was burnt. We also ordered lava cakes not realizing they would be literal rocks. -10/10

The food is great. But I ordered today for carry out around 2:45 pm and I had asked the lady Precious if I could use the restroom and she said “no, for employees only”. And I told her that I had used the restroom before. And she keeps ignoring me. I had to repeat myself. I’m a frequent customer and paying customer. Unbelievable with the attitude. Seriously! Somebody needs to get with this lady!

I feel like the ratings could of been higher. Unfortunately the wait time was way longer than expected by 10+ minutes. The food didn’t taste normal. Unfortunately the bites were overcooked. The pizza didn’t get the extra sauce. The employees were kind and friendly. Maybe I just came at a bad time. I would give this location another try……..

NEW PEPPERONI CHEESY BREAD WOW BUTERY CHEESY CRUNCHY CHEESE BITS ON THE EDGES
I got the Italian hot sandwich and wow it’s much better than expected. The bread is more like a homemade garlic knot and melty cheese peppers are crispy cooked nicely and the meats are all delish. It is a bit salty but as expected for Italian meats. I got my usual deluxe pizza and a side of chicken nuggets everything was yummy
First time having the chocolate lava cake and it’s very good and I say this as a very picky home baker of 60 years!!! It’s got crunchy outer layer like a brownie and the fudge center has great chocolate flavor plus it’s warm like a hug
Also the Buffalo chicken pizza is surprisingly tasty with the onions and sauce yum!!!

Never ordered DOMINOS thought I would check it out. The pizza was the worse,no cheese burned pepperoni bubbled bread. My second pizza I order with sausage and mushrooms only had a couple on the whole pizza and once again Skippy cheese mainly bread. Waste of 40 dollars. Won’t order again.

There’s a underbelly of racism at this location. The entire staff is white and there is no diversity so let’s start there.
I received a uncooked pizza two days ago and rightfully so I was given a credit. Upon me entering the building only the white lady in front of me was greeted and she was told to have a good night. It’s my turn one of the drivers ask for my name and the white lady who was making the pizzas who I believed was the manager says out loud so the entire restaurant can hear “OH THE FREE BAKE” LOL trying to EMBARRASS ME unfortunately she did. Let’s be very clear because I’m a black woman doesn’t mean I’m looking for anything free ie a hand out. My gosh the worst experience ever and I will never recommend this location ever. 11/25 @5:45pm

Night crew killed it! Nice cool nite and we ordered pizza got the online deal x3 9 dolla pizzas. Picked up took a slice sheet bomb son it was like ratatouille took me back when I was a kids sitting out side the dad and the uncles working on the Truck listing to radio eating pizza.

Extremely friendly and caring and kind hearted and overall just respectful people working hard every day I will only go to this location
Eastern and Serene is absolutely awful they should try to treat customers like this location does!!
