Kelsey at this location is amazing!!! Came in late while their open sign was apparently broken… (Yet the male manager didn’t want to turn it on). It was 20min before closing and she made this black olive loving girl happy until she was told she could only give my 6 little pieces of olive cause he doesn’t have enough for tomorrow. Even offering to pay more he still tried to deny it. But she loaded us up anyways and put a smile on our face!! Good job!

You know Subway’s aren’t a bastion of quality food and greatness. I mean, when you think about it, it’s a sandwich place and about the best thing about it is being able to pick your bread. Except this subway is horribly managed, customer service is non-existent, and the sandwiches are… I could make a better sandwich if I just had the stuff to make a sandwich–which is why I’d go to a sandwich place. You’d think something as simple as making a sandwich could be done much much better. This place should just go away, terrible in all senses of the word. I’d give them no stars if I could. I’d call in an airstrike if I could! NEXT!

Geeze, everytime I order from this location something is either missing or wrong. I got a BMT Italian Bowel. It is suppose to come with the same amount of things as a Sandwich. So, why was there NO MEAT!!?!! No Salami, no Ham, No Bacon. That dang salad is $12.79. I attached a picture of the receipt and of the salad. The veggies are listed on the receipt. Other things missing: no tomatoes, no black olives, no banana peppers, no peppercorn ranch sauce. I’m not sure what may have been missing on the sandwich my teenager ate it and said he was sure there was meat on it and he don’t usually pay much attention to the veggies. If you ever order from here check your stuff. This isn’t the first time they messed up our order. Thiss is the first time that they didn’t put any meat at all.. how can you forget the meat? I literally said “Where’s the Beef?” Dang, Subway why did you do me like that?!!

I just ordered two, 12-inch sandwiches—in store pick up—through the Subway App.
Neither sandwich was made correctly. I took 2 bites of mine and couldn’t finish. It was absolutely disgusting. Soggy, missing cheese, not toasted. Swimming in condiments. Nothing tasted fresh (I ordered it first thing in the morning).

Do not do online orders at this location they close at 8pm. They are scamming the system and their customers. Their site still accepts orders til 8:30 but when you get there is will be closed. Will see if I can get my points and refund back from this store I doubt it.

I put in an online order for two sandwiches made with ham. When I got there, they said they didn’t have ham, so I put in for a refund. I never got that refund. I was in contact with the manager and they said they would be investigating it. It’s been 2 months now and I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and I’m just ghosted. Never coming here again.

Bought online their two for 13.99 special. Ordered from Spokane North HWY 395 Wandermere Ordered double meat on both ( $3.50 extra each) Picked up in store. Sandwiches seemed kind of light but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Bad idea. Not double meat, not dressed out per order and worse yet, the sandwiches both had the overpowering flavor of BLEACH!!!! Seriously, as if the spinach/olives/tomatoes were soaked in bleach water…. Hungry enough to attempt to scrape off the veg, and try the sandwich anyhow… but ended up throwing it out. Last time for this place…. Time for a health inspector check.
