I ordered from here twice. I ordered take out & thru ubereats. Since I like Chipotle & it’s in my area, I wanted to give this place a chance but they disappointed me & both times the food was no good. My last meal I ordered, the chicken was dry, hard, & was not fresh. It tasted like it could have been leftovers from yesterday. I spent nearly $30 on food I couldn’t finish. I will never order from here again. Now I see why most of their reviews are negative. They need better workers.

I ordered through the Chipotle mobile app and was very disappointed to find these (3) half-full salad bowls ($45). I will never use the mobile app again and will be ordering it myself at the store because not only were the portions half filled, but the order was not at the pick-up section (on top of a random counter) and I had wait for someone else’s order thinking it was mine that is being prepared. And to mention my Chipotle sauce was not included… very sad.
Compared to Manhattan (West Village) and the Hicksville location, the order received was not trustworthy, nor did it meet the price value. It was my first order on Portion Road closest to my new home, I am very disappointed to know that I will think twice before ordering.
Will visit again to check for improvement, but not for a while.

This is the absolute worst restaurant in the chipotle chain. Ordered 2 bowls with extra chicken received burnt crumbs, never mind any pieces of chicken. Order was ice cold the door dash. Paid 72.00$ for everything to go into the trash. Never again. Every one beware of this restaurant

This was the second time I had to return my burrito bowl to the store because the brown rice was so stale and so hard I couldn’t eat it. The staff were so kind about it and they made me a new bowl with white rice instead. I’m not sure if management is telling the staff to give the brown rice to the customers even if it’s stale because the girl said “I’m so sorry I felt so bad giving that to you when you came in before”. In my head, I thought well why would you give it to me if you knew it was stale, but I don’t know if her management is telling her to give it to me because they don’t wanna waste the $.30 in rice always make sure if you’re getting brown rice from the store that you ask if it’s fresh. Again, all of the staff in the store are very kind. I don’t want to take that away from them, but I think that management needs to focus on the food quality.

Worst chipotle location out there. Order online and you will receive half servings. I order lunch for my 10 team office every week for months. I don’t know why I have put up with them for so long. One time my colleague had a random chunk of PLASTIC inside his bowl. My last straw was just now. Double chicken, double rice, double beans, extra cheese. AND STILL LOOKS LIKE LESS THAN A NORMAL SERVING. Will no longer get my business. We spend about$850 a month here too.

I was concerned when my daughter ordered from this location based on prior reviews that I saw. Wr had no issus with the portion sizes and or quality of the food. Hopefully management has addressed the issues that plagued this location and it wasn’t just a one time thing.
