Ordered a choose two with a French Dip. Got a bite of French Smash instead. The au ju is bigger than the half squished sandwich they gave me. And it was on top in the bag, so this is how they made it.

It took about 20 minutes to get our food dining in at lunchtime on a weekday, which wasn’t terrible but was longer than expected. The sandwiches looked a little worn out but everything was hot and delicious. I would come back.

The sandwiches and salads are at the same price point as that of Panera Bread, and it’s apparent that McAlister’s Deli is a competitor to Panera. But what sets McAllister’s Deli apart in the higher-end sandwich and salad industry is McAlister’s Famous Sweet Tea!
The tea is an experience. Make sure to fill your cup to the brim with ice, because McAllister’s Deli brews its tea strong and hot. The tea is a perfect combination of flavors, from the earthy bitterness of black tea, balanced by the sweetness of pure sugar and the zing of freshly squeezed lemon!

Can you guys please read your tickets. I’m tired of getting a spud from you guys and you only give the half portion when someone orders a full. You’ve done this when I order on the app and on DoorDash. Please do better and actually read the tickets. I will be going to a different location because I’ve only had this problem at this location.

Roast beef and Swiss was a bit salty but the spud was delicious.
Service was friendly, helpful, quick. Establishment was clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Dirtiest mcallisters me and my grandma have been to. There were little to no clean or bussed tables. The people were nice but the sweat tea was not sweet, the soup was very watered down with no flavor. We’ve NEVER made a complaint online before until now. We’ve always had a great experience at mcallisters but this location was not good. A worker was sitting on their phone in the bathroom the entire time we were there. I work in the food industry and this was just disappointing

I had an issue with my order and I didn’t realize until I got home, which is an hour away from the restaurant. I called the store and explained the issue. The young lady I spoke with told me that someone would contact me the next day to resolve the issue. To my surprise, a manager named Chris called me back within fifteen minutes and immediately took care of my issue. Chris went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. Thanks Chris!

This is not a good location. We dined in at lunch time. Portions are small- gave my coworker one tiny butter for a huge baked potato & said he would bring her more but never did, soup bowls were not filled appropriately, my sandwich definitely didn’t come close to matching the photo. Employees seemed stressed all around, including the cashier who had a giant line waiting while she rang us up. Food runners walking super fast all around so you have to jump out of their way. Not a good experience. 2 stars because the dining area was clean…but they also had only been opened for an hour.

I should have read the reviews instead of looking at the star total. This is the worst place to go. We ordered pickup and had to wait 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. We were not given salad dressing for the small iceberg yellow core chunks with mushy tomatoes, poor excuse for a salad. My wife had to drive all the way back to get the tiny half filled thimble sized container of the ranch since they didn’t even have blue cheese. I called to give them a heads up and ended up being hung up on by the supposed lead since no manager was at the restaurant on the busiest part of a high volume sales day. The sandwich was awful with slimy meat and stale bread. McAllister used to be good but would not recommend at all.
