Stopped in on a Saturday for a bite and a pour with a party of seven. An added bonus was the live music on the patio. This place has room to spread out and stretch your legs! The food and beer were good. We had the Long Haul flatbread, the Jam Burger and the local brown. Everything was tasty and came out quick. This place has a great, chill vibe. Give it a try!

We had the Ebb burger (smashed) sooo good and roaster sweet potatoes….OH MY were these outstanding. Berbere spiced sweet potatoes, Aleppo aioli, feta arugula and chimichurri was an amazing flavor combination ❤️ 5 star worthy.
Great atmosphere, we played a board game before and after our meal while enjoying crafted beverages. Couldn’t have gotten any better.

Had burgers, appetizers and beers on July 5. Parked on the street right by the gate. We almost had the place to ourselves. The weather was perfect for a July lunch. The food was excellent. The cost was very very reasonable. Great atmosphere. Come on Cape Girardeau! I couldn’t believe this place did not have more business that day at lunch. I spent less here than at most chain fast food places. Better, fabulous food, better atmosphere and beer. To top it off, it is dog friendly! What’s not to love? I looked, there are only 3 dog friendly places listed in downtown Cape and this is one. Cape needs to support this place. What a gem for any town. You’ll spend less here than Chipotle and it will be in an atmosphere to sooth your soul.

This place is STELLAR! The location, the drinks, the food! It’s all so unique and inviting.
Pet friendly! The patio is superb and the entire place is cozy and comfortable. The food we had was all vegan and delicious. The sour beers and cocktails were insanely tasty and unique!
We also got some unique brews in bottles to go and they were reasonably priced.
Super amazing service and all around a really nice experience. Highly recommend!

Started coming here a lot more recently as I started to get into craft beers. The beer is good, for sure. The atmosphere is awesome. Everyone is so laid back and just so incredibly friendly. They are so polite, full of good vibes, and are very knowledgeable in their beers. But the best part about Ebb and Flow is their food. Holy. Cow. I try to experiment with something new every time I come. I can not stress enough how good their food is. From their apps, they’re burgers, flat breads, you name it. Everything is amazing! Pictured is the Schnitzel. I can’t explain it, you just have to try it. Along with a good ol’ Catfish Commons.

The atmosphere is point on! Relaxed and sophisticated. Comfortable setting both indoor and out. The courtyard is clean, and the fountain adds to the ambiance.
The beer. There is something for everyone!! The sour was great, the beat and mead were a surprise. We try all brews when visiting a new place. It would be nice if they offered pours individually. They offered 4 tastes to a flight and had 7 brews, we asked for all, and they charged for 2 full flights. In the grand scheme, it’s not that big of a deal, but something to consider. We did go back to fill the 8th glass with a recommendation of the server.
The food. Holy cow! The pate was perfect, the stuffed mushrooms were delicious and the burger.. OMG..the burger would keep you coming back!
A fabulous experience worth a repeat trip!

1000% recommend checking this spot out! The food was incredible, the staff was amazing, & the decor is wonderful. Definitely a refreshing, new establishment Cape Girardeau needed!! Excited to see more live music here!

Lovely and cozy little pub for anyone looking for a good spot to drink and hangout. Ordered a Pink Panther cocktail (which is pretty popular over there, and for good reason) and their hot Italian dip. Would definitely recommend giving them a try! Oh yes, and the service has always been great everytime I’ve went. Very friendly and helpful employees there!
