I ordered our food on-line for a certain time. When I got there I was a little early, so I waited in my vehicle. It took almost an hour after the time for our sandwiches to be made. Our order wasn’t even correct. I felt bad for the young lady in there, because she was a lone with no help, so I just let it go. I honestly don’t blame her for the long wait, or the mess up. I do blame the company for not having more than one person, especially when it was busy. I could also tell this young lady was new, so she should have had someone with experience helping.

Stood there for 30 minutes waiting for our sandwiches to get done. The one starting the sandwiches was doing well and actually had a line up of sandwiches. He asked the other to start putting on fixings. The one suppose to be doing the fixings was working on a to go order, while there was a line up of 4-5 people waiting also for theirs. He was asked to put it on hold to run us all through. I mentioned all of our sandwiches are going to be cold. Well, 30 minutes later, the lady in front of us (with only a 6 inch sub) and ours (3 foot longs) are cold. We get home to cold sandwiches with rock hard bread from getting cold. Not good at all! I was very close on walking out and leaving them. But, I’m usually not like that. I could have run circles around him. You can’t be having you customers wait that long. I for one will not be using the Boscobel Subway again. It use to be much better than this. If you want to keep business, one needs to step up to the plate and get things back in place.
