Really was excited to try this place out. Was disappointed in the food. Wanted cheese curds but they were out of stock. The pizza rolls really didn’t have much sauce , cheese or pepperoni in them nor were they made consistent. I was thinking more of cheese on top like cheese sticks this is cheese inside of dough strips that are pretty tough. The kids chicken was overcooked and kiddo wouldn’t even eat it. The marinara sauce tasted good. The ranch and fried pickles was the best part of the meal. The place was clean. They have games you can take and play. For the prices i didnt feel the food was worth it. Hopefully just went on a bad day maybe we will try it again in a few months.

We love watching CFB or NFL and enjoying a cocktail and pizza. We’ve even gotten PWHL and NWSL on the screens if we ask. The staff is wonderful and the food is great. My fave is the pesto pizza and the NY pizza is my husbands. So happy to have them here in Andover!

We have been to other locations and enjoyed them all equally. We were less than thrilled with the chicken bacon ranch sandwich having the only option for a side being a side salad. You could remove the salad and reduce the price by $1. However the sandwich alone was $14.50 plus ordering fries was $9.00 so total for that meal was $23.50. The calzone was delicious with flavorful breading and toppings. Oklahoma burger was perfect and will absolutely be the choice close by going forward. We got fried pickles, 3 meals, a sample beer, and 2 sodas which cost $80 before tip so overall not expensive. Manager did come over to introduce himself and all the staff were friendly. The available games are always a fun addition.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Social Tap – Andover, KS
I’ve been to the Andover Social Tap location about four times now, but after this experience, I won’t be returning or recommending it.
Last night after my son’s basketball game, I called in a takeout order for three entrées, one of which was their Pizza & Salad combo. When we got home around 10:30pm, my daughter realized her Caesar salad was missing. Since their kitchen was already closed, I planned to call the next day.
Today, I called to place a lunch order and spoke with Emerson. I explained that the salad was missing from last night’s order and offered to show my receipt. He apologized and said it would absolutely be added to my order today.
When I arrived to pick up my food, I was still charged for the salad. I politely explained the situation and showed my receipt. The cashier said she needed to get a manager.
The manager, Aaron, came out and immediately had an attitude. He told me I should have called last night and said he would “honor it this time, but not next time.” I explained that I had just spoken to Emerson, who told me it wouldn’t be a problem.
Aaron then went to the back to speak with Emerson and came back saying that Emerson denied saying that. I was honestly shocked. I said, “Why would I lie about a side salad I already paid for, especially when I spent $55 here last night and just ordered lunch today?” His response was, “I believe my employee over what you’re saying,” and I was forced to pay again for a salad I already paid for and never received.
After paying and leaving upset, I realized I did not receive my customer copy receipt for my $22.10 lunch order. I immediately called and was told to return so they could reprint it.
When I went back, Aaron was waiting at the front with a receipt that showed my $22.10 had been credited, which was not true. I checked my bank account and the charge was still pending and had not been refunded.
At that point, I asked for his name. He said Aaron, and when I asked for his last name, he told me I didn’t need to know that.
All of this, over a $6 side salad I had already paid for.
Between last night and today, I spent nearly $80 in less than 24 hours, and I had just recommended this location to one of my clients who was also picking up her order at the same time.
Extremely disappointing customer service, rude management, and poor handling of a very simple situation. I will not be returning or recommending this location.

GREAT place! We had a pesto pizza, a Sunpreme pizza, and a house salad. Their crust might be the best in the Wichita area. Our server was Kayla who was awesome and all the staff was friendly and welcoming. Restaurant is open and airy, nice and new. Tons of easy parking. 5 stars in every way!

Andover needed this place desperately. The food has been excellent. Prices are reasonable. My only complaint is the space is too small for the potential it could reach.
I want to shoutout the person running the kitchen, truly delicious. Social tap in Andover gives most of the high end restaurants in Wichita a run for their money. Keep up the good work! We will be back often.

Great experience overall! Kasandra helped me so much through the whole process and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Our server Sam was absolutely amazing!! Attentive..very knowledgeable of the menu and all the drinks, beer,etc.She is very personable ,outgoing and always smiling. We ate there recently and found the food so so. The tator tots and cheese curds were overcooked almost to the point of not wanting to eat them.
As others have mentioned, they have QR codes for the menu, which I am not a fan of. However, when asked, they did bring out the physical menu.
The service was excellent! Everyone was very attentive.
Overall, I hope the food over-cooking was just a bleep. We will try them again, but they need to get the food right next time.
