We recently visited this cozy Chinese mala tang spot and was absolutely delighted. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and every bite was bursting with flavor—the perfect balance of spice, savoriness, and comfort. You can really taste the care that goes into each bowl. What made the experience even more special was the owner herself. She greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel right at home. Her kindness and friendly energy added a personal touch that’s rare to find these days. If you’re craving authentic mala tang with heart, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I decided to try this place as I saw an ad on FB promoting their $8.99 combo plate. I confirmed this via a message to the company. However, this was not the case.
Upon ordering, we confirmed our choices, mine being Gen Tso chicken (level 1 spicy) and Mongolian Beef (level 3 spicy) and my coworker asked for the sweet and sour chicken and Gen tso chicken. We were asked if we wanted the fried rice, like the picture shows, and we chose that and the wontons. I also selected a soft drink for an up charge. However, that is not what we got.
The soft drink machine was “broken” no ice, no drinks, except water. They had to grab ice from the kitchen ice machine but still charged us for a drink upgrade. As the pictures show, they gave us white rice and not fried rice. The Gen Tso chicken was more spicy and had more flavor than the Mongolian beef. I tried to amp it up with the available chili oil, but it didn’t taste right…like it had gone rancid.
They also didn’t charge us the $8.99. For the 2 of us and 1 drink came to over $34. With this experience, I will not be going back and I would not recommend this place. Too many issues for me to trust this place.

The broth is insanely good. I got the spicy Sichuan broth and it was delicious. There was a variety of options of veggies and such to add into your soup I wouldn’t say the quality is top notch but man that broth is really good and can probably make anything tasty lol. Slightly on the pricier side. Owner was nice and ambiance is casual and nice.

Build your own giant bowl of noodles and pay by the pound. 10.99. I got 3 servings of noodles plus veggies, thin sliced beef, spam, and paid $8.00. There are a lot of other authentic Chinese items to add to the bowl, I didn’t try those this time. There is a base broth and you can add tomato, spices and other upgrades. Family owned and operated, really nice people.

They had a great selection of seafood, meats and veggies! Their service was quick and everyone there was very helpful and nice. I got the signature flavor broth and it was very delicious! I also recommend trying their signature hot drink, it was a good sweetness and perfect temperature! I can’t wait to come back and try more of their delicious food!

I read the reviews about this restaurant.There is good and bad. I decided to give it a try. I ate twice, one time is with broth one time without. It is not salty at all. Meat and vegetable is fresh. I love it both. The restaurant is new and clean. Really good place for a quick meal. My food is around 1lb, so didn’t cost me a lot.Definitely will come back again.

5/5 food. 3/5 attention to detail:
1. The restaurant should have a serving spoon in each and every ingredient’s tray. That way there is no cross contamination because people have allergies and that could be a lawsuit waiting to happen.
2. There are no labels on the ingredients. There’s a lot of foods that are unidentifiable to someone like me who didn’t grow up eating this food. The employee and owner didn’t know what kind of meat was in something. Hope they add labels soon!
3. The pendant lights on each of the tables that are next to the windows are all hanging way too low. It makes it very uncomfortable to sit there because it’s right in my eyes

Really fun to try some new foods and flavors. Service was great. Super clean. You grab a bowl, fill it up with what you like, and they cook it up for you. Hot spring rolls to start and yummy Chinese candies at the end.

First time having hot pot, it was good, but spicy even for the mild. I got the signature broth and very authentic unique taste, I think I would get it again but next time I will try the drained broth option. I got 1 pound and it was More than I can eat
