Ordered a garlic aoli roast beef sub online and got one old piece of beef on old bread. The lady ignored me when I came in to ask about my order and flung it at me without a word. I’m currently sitting in the store waiting to get it fixed. When I called she yelled at me and hung up. Trying not to fist fight this old woman. Horrible customer service horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FOOD.

The young Indian lady with the bad acne offered no greeting & was dry & unfriendly from start to finish. She was very careful to go very light with veggies & dressing & had a difficult time comprehending that I wanted everything on my sandwich except for their hot vegetables. They only have 2 that I’m aware of so I didn’t think it was a difficult request. Regardless kindness will serve you well in life no matter what type of work you do. Sometimes It helps your customers give you passes on the mistakes you make.

It’s the staff, depending on who’s working they lie about having a restroom. And this lady was rude about. When I told her I used the restroom yesterday she just dismissed me an asked what was I ordering. Kind of pissed me off. But I just see if she working for now on an if so go to another one. I ordered online a few minutes after I paid the young lady called and said they was out of bread. I explained to her that, that was all the money I had I needed to feed my family. She got in contact with her manager and her manager informed her that she will be to the store within a hour to refund me my money. One thing I can say she is a person of her word. She refunded my money and I was able to feed my kids… thank you so much. Just next time I’ll come inside and order instead of doing it online… Also the lady who was at the register was very nice and very understanding and she apologized to me also. I appreciate it. We need more ppl like her working in the food industry. Keep it up you guys!!!

I wasn’t greeted when I entered and the black manager with no edges was very rude. She got my bread wrong n when corrected she started making comments like let me hurry up and get done with her. When asked for the owner information she said I am the manager.

Me and a friend went in a few days ago to order lunch. My sandwich was almost complete until the cashier completed another customer’s payment then stuck her hand right in the toppings in an attempt to finish my sandwich….WITHOUT CHANGING HER GLOVES!!! I was disgusted and just asked her to throw the sandwich away. Then, they ignored and completely overlooked my friend. We both just ended up leaving. Terrible customer service

I asked for the sandwich of the day because it is listed on all Subway restaurants. The cashier told me they don’t participate in the sandwiches of the day and I was stopped by a manager on my way to use the bathroom and he told me that they aren’t participating in the public using the restroom even if you are a customer. I left the restaurant letting him know that I was going to post a review for the ridiculous manner I was treated with. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!

This location always have a issue or reason to close early. We arrived around 8:15pm (closing time is 9pm) and was told they’re take online order’s only although dining room should’ve been available. This has happened on several different occasions . I actually jokingly told my Husband are you sure you want to go there, you know they’ll have an excuse to not take our order. I hate that the customer service and availability in this area is usually very poor.

The young men that work in here they are very friendly nice and get the job done right. I leave from work get my sandwich I live in st.louis city And I get home my sandwich is still warm. I come in at least 3 times a week lately. Love this subway did I mention my bread is never wet and nasty looking.
