Went in to try the fish fry, My Girlfriend had a bacon cheese burger. Fish was good crispy and the coslaw was amazing only issue is I didn’t have enough, Fries are crispy and the buttered rye bread is perfect. Her burger was juicy and loaded with bacon and cheesy. Server was abit slow to pick up the check and the place does need something to help with the noise when full it gets abit loud. Great place would go again.

First time here with a group of 6. We got there around 5 pm on a Friday, and although the parking was quite full, we were seated within 5 minutes. They could use more waitresses as it took 20-30 minutes before we were asked about drinks and ordered right away. Food came out hot, and the fish( I had Haddock) tasted very good and the French fries were done perfectly.( hot and slightly crispy outsde) The coleslaw, however, tasted warm and not to my liking. The owner did come around to introduce himself and ask about how things were and I failed to mention it to him at that time. Overall a great meal and would go back again.

Listen up y’all!! If you’re looking for a cozy, friendly, little spot for good food, a warm friendly atmosphere…This is the place! I went there recently and it was on a Friday. They have a fish fry and I treated my sister and daughter. We all had different meals off the menu. Shrimps, walleye, halibut, ribs, coleslaw, German/American potato salad, cheese curds, fresh re-read. Alll the food was piping hot, fresh, seasoned and delicious . Worth your time, and the price was right. Come on down, you’ll be glad you did!!! I guarantee!!!!

They need to decide if they want to be a restaurant or not. We waited well over an hour to get our food, and there weren’t very many people actually dining. Mine came out different than described, but was still good. I did like the potato wedges. The chicken nuggets had really hard breading, like they were overdone. Waiting over an hour for those was really disappointing.

If you have a blue truck and recently ate at the mill yard, the owner decided to sideswipe your truck and then proceed to park in his spot and check his truck out and go inside, not leave his information. It was indeed the owner because I confronted him and he said I had to leave his bar and kicked me out
*edit we came as a party of 15 the organizers showed up at 5 to make sure we could have a table at six, 6 o’clock comes around they tell us still 45 minute wait, When I had arrived, I had seen he had hit their truck so I kind of said loudly to some of the other people beside me look at that guy hitting the truck. He heard me And got all upset with me and told me I had to leave his bar, Don’t worry, I have no problem, not coming back to establishment that hits other people‘s trucks and doesn’t even leave them a note. Don’t worry I left them a note. I’m glad you didn’t even give me the time to order a drink would not be supporting this joke. Karma’s real thing Matt. Be more respectful and responsible.
Edit number 2. He Claims that this is inaccurate but won’t say what I said wrong? Please say one thing in this that is wrong. What you are claiming against me is defamation against me because everything I said is accurate and true to me. Please review your cameras, I left the note on the window of their truck because you didn’t and called in a police report and talked with the deputy on scene. But please. Tell me what is inaccurate. I did not lie once. I do not feel the need to cover up my mistakes or talk untrue about someone or someone’s establishment. Why would I make up some sorry story like this if I wanted to make some story up. Grow up.

Stopped for a quick lunch as we were passing through. The cheese curds were so good, and still squeaky! The club sandwich was fantastic and huge! So glad we stopped!

First time visiting and the place is typical for the area. Food was ok as well. My wife’s shrimp was way over done and the quantity of fries for me was below par. It was a busy time and the waitress didn’t check on us from the time she collected our plates from the appetizers until we received the bill. She did apologize however. Looking forward to trying wing night.

was there for a birthday dinner and didn’t even get the chance to order anything. witnessed the self proclaimed owner hit another vehicle in the parking lot. then proceed to walk into the bar like nothing happened until he was called out for it. then proceeded to get hostile and loud. he kicked us out because he got caught being shady. ended up going elsewhere. i refuse to line the pockets of someone who has a busted a moral compass. had he acted like an adult and done the right thing none of that would’ve happened.
