Not allowed to give lower than a 1 star or I would. One employee and 1 manager working lunch shift. Sloooow service. Then the manager hands out food for our order to other guests to stop their complaining, instead of finishing off the oldest order first. We had to wait longer. No apologies and no refund. SMDH. We (as a family) will never waste our money here again.

I bought a chicken boss burrito and a steak boss burrito both with extra meat. Common these are small burritos and have very little meat in them. This is my first time ordering from taco john’s and my last time. These burritos are supposed to be big but they took me for a cheap ride. I received these via delivery. These are small and I’m surprised with all the videos on YouTube saying these are huge. If you want a big burrito bring back the XL grilled stuffed steak burrito at taco bell now that was big. I can’t believe I was charged so much for these burritos at taco john’s ridiculous

Don’t know about the food because I made them refund it to me before I could get it. I specifically told him “no spicy stuff” on the $3.00 spicy steak and cheese grilled because it is just the right size for me, but can’t have the spice. The woman has made it for me before a few times. For some reason, this guy chose to not hear me and I watched him put it on there. I tried to correct him, and he argued with me saying I never said it. So made him refund me the money and told him that I didn’t appreciate being called a liar, especially after getting a weird look from him after I said it to begin with.

I have been there before. It was affordable and attendant was diligent, room was clean, I got some toiletries for free. The TV did show only 2 channels, there seems to be a secret with the remote. They have opportunities to improve their wifi service, make it automatic.

I work in the mall so food options are limited for breaks. Taco John’s is a favorite in my store. Until today, when I went back to my store with lunch for everyone and my boss’s chicken tacos didn’t have chicken on them. Honest mistake. It happens. That’s not what upset me.
So I walk all the way back to the food court with the tacos and ask them to fix it only to be told “that’s not what you ordered.” The girl who rang me up proceeded to correct me and say that I ordered a different chicken taco. Like that changed the fact that I didn’t get any chicken on the tacos at all. The other girl working did fix my order but I was so upset by how I was treated. In my head you don’t treat customers like that at all.
