Went to get a refill of my vitamin water, the lady that was working the register rudely yelled over to me and told me that I can’t go out for refills. There was no message or sign on the machine that indicated that there was no refills, and I have visited this location multiple times and always Refilled my beverage before leaving. She definitely was doing too much.

Have a disability and service dog lady claims to spoke to manager and says he said sue us they refused me service 2 times with and without the service animal present I spoke to police made a report I’ve never been discriminated and humiliated publicly like this ever if you have a disability yr not welcome at this store don’t try to eat here they will not serve you! We ate here two days in a row while staying in Port Angeles. Subway is known for consistency and this location did not disappoint. My meatball sub and cheese steak where 100% excellent. Service was great.

The app had an error when processing and charged me for my order but didn’t send a confirmation to me nor a receipt to the store. There’s no customer service number for the app. I showed the store the charge, and explained. And we’re awesome and helped me out.

Went to purchase three different hoagies/flatbread. The man who came out to make my order was very rude and disrespectful. He was demeaning when I wanted three different sandwiches, which is what I thought Subway was known for. He made me feel as if I were bothering him. Won’t return to this subway in pittston, PA.
