Been coming here as long as they opened up the store. Never had a cook rush my steam veggies a not cook the shrimp before. Hispanic lady threw the beef and shrimp not even 60 sec I knew better took one bit I ask them to recook it. Instead of replacing it they dumped what I had eaten from on their grill and recooked my food. Is that legal? Sorry last time I eat here. Sad..the highlife of my trip is to eat here. Then mix it all together! The store at the mall..

Interesting concept of freshly hot-plate cooked teriyaki dish with rice and vege. Generous serving, reasonable price and fast service, not a bad choice for quick lunch while shopping.

Have been going here for a decade and this past time my mom got the shrimp. She said it tasted like cleaner. She went to the cashier and they were very nice about replacing it for her and gave her extra chicken to cover how much the shrimp was, BUT some pieces of the chicken tasted a bit off to me like lemon cleaner or something. Idk I really think that’s a huge huge risk. I’m not sure if it’s grill cleaner or dishes not getting rinsed properly or what but it seems as we are not the only ones who have experienced this and with commercial cleaners specifically grill cleaner it can turn from a small mistake to a fatal accident so please please be aware!

Eaten here in the past & chicken was very good- UNFORTUNATELY today tried the shrimp. About as TASTELESS as you can get! Same with the veggies even with extra sauce. Wow if not for the Saturday line I would have taken it back!!!! Just Say No.

Eh, the last few times I’ve come the food has been eh. The chicken sits on the grill cooking for way too long. They make big batches and let it sit then it’s hard pieces and dry. I get for when they get an abundance of customers but there’s times where it’s not busy but lots of chicken sits overcooking.

Warning to everyone, we went this morning and the shrimp was raw/ had bleach taste to it. Bleach has a very distinct taste so we know we aren’t wrong. We’ve eaten here many times but this is a first. ⚠️
