Don’t get the 3 star wrong, the pizza is decent, nice new, clean, good looking location…I just was disappointed by the offerings. The only “by the slice” is deep dish, not my fave but I can do it…$5.50(ish) for a big slice…or, $7.99 for a personal thin slice pizza that is too big for a work lunch, arguably, so is the single slice of deep dish…there are a couple pizza joints on the skyway with more moderate offerings in size and price, of similar quality pizza.

This has the worst customer service ever. Asked about a price difference and got attitude. Just because you are busy doesn’t mean you give bad service if you handle the customer volume than being cashier isn’t for you. And he gave me all my change separate which made me lose my money since it was handed back dollars and then given then change then given the receipt which I had people literally standing on top of me which made me drop it and no one not even the cashier say something. Don’t waste your time or money if you want good service.

Went there with my brother because we saw a video online of them feeding a homeless shelter and the food in the video looked good. So glad we did because it is some of the best pizza I have ever had. I highly recommend it. We both thought it was amazing. It is reasonably priced especially for how good it is. The people were super nice and friendly. Definitely recommend going there and getting some pizza

Ive been coming here for about 10 years.
The pizza is good and the owners are nice.
But every now and then I get annoyed.
Employee taking my order is wearing earbuds. I was the only one there for an early lunch and my pizza order came out wrong. Dont know if he misheard me or what.
The other thing is – I would love to tip, but Im not tipping 18-20% for over-the counter pizza service. Which were the 2 out of 3 default options. The third one being 0%, which is the one Im picking over the 18/20 options.
Maybe customize the options a little bit? Have 15/18% options instead? Just a thought.

I’ve been coming here since they’ve been open but during the pandemic. I wasn’t coming here because I was working from home every day. I find that nothing has changed about this place it’s really good you can have your pizza made any way you want it. It’s not as good as the regular Broadway Pizza that used to be in North Minneapolis but it’s good because you get to make it the way you want it to be done. The customer service is really good people have really nice attitudes.

They are truly fast and fresh, with a sprinkle of good customer service. They do not skimp on pizza ingredients either. Yes, it is a little pricey, but the pros outweigh the cons. I have eaten here three times, and I received great customer service each time.
