This location shows as open on the official website and on google. I drive out of my way when visiting for the holidays and it’s closed. Bummer and annoying. I love Rita’s but update your hours especially since most are closed in winter and this one seemed open but was not.

The kids there are great. Very nice. I had a gelato sugar free lemonade water ice and vanilla custard. Yummy I know you don’t mix cream and lemon but it’s my kind of tasty. Also tried the salty Carmel cheese cake. Yum.

After 1 1/2 hours of training Monday night in 99 degree heat, 15 members of the Barren Hill Volunteer Fire Company headed to Rita’s Conshohocken. To our surprise, the manager treated the crew to Ice Cream, Water Ice & Gelati. Many, many thanks for your generosity and support. Most refreshing Mango Gelati I ever had!

This is my local Rita’s and I always like getting the cotton candy water ice. It always had a tinge of a dirty tap water taste. This year that tap water taste was extra dirty and it just straight up didn’t taste good. Went over to Joe’s water ice and their cotton candy had no issues. Will be going there for now on.

I’m only leaving a review to ask them to get better pretzels. Pretzel factory is accessible and there are better frozen options. Why are the pretzels so bad?

Went here one time in the past and had a very good experience, the staff was very nice and friendly and they made my water ice fairly quickly too it was ready not long after I ordered. Would go back again in the future.

Worst customer service and embarrassing experience. Don’t go here. At 727 I purchased a milkshake and water ice. It was handed to me and my son said it was not chocolate Oreo so requested they remake it. Before I handed it to them I scraped off the excessive whip cream as my son wouldn’t have drank it. Literally lost half the contents when I scrapped it off but oh well. When I explained it was not correct and asked for it to be remade I asked for no whip cream and cherry. When they remade it, they told me I owed 7 dollars bc I drank half the milkshake? I said how could I have drank that in less than a minute? And how can they remake something and not tell me they are going to charge me again? Rude young staff with zero customer service. They all need to be trained and retrained properly.

My boss went and purchased my team mate and I a treat. I asked for lemon water ice. Sad because it was just icy water, absolutely no flavor at all. Very disappointed!!! I will not be visiting this establishment.
