Health department nightmare. I watched the employee make my cheesesteak without wearing gloves. I literally saw it happen. When I raised the concern, an employee who wasn’t even present and had just walked in from deliveries tried to dismiss what I clearly witnessed. The cleanliness and hygiene standards here are extremely concerning and unacceptable. Watch out for these two. Thankfully, I recorded everything, and I will be contacting the health department. I hope management seriously addresses these sanitation issues.

After hearing my co workers talk abt the wings I decided to try them I Placed a order for honey old bay wings side salad and half and half paid $27 an some change when my food was delivered to me I received some type of disgusting bbq wings tasted more like ketchup an my half an half spilled in the bag I called the store after acting like they didn’t know what I was talking about they then placed me on hold an came back stating the manager said it was In fact honey old bay wings as if I don’t know what they are supposed to look an taste like then told me when I order again I will get a $3 credit $3 is what I paid for delivery that gave me a bag full of half n half it was my 1st time ordering an it will definitely be my last no customer appreciation an didn’t even attempt to make it right like come get this an bring me WHAT I ORDERED!!!!!! I ordered a hot turkey platter with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. they put lettuce and tomato with 1 piece of bread like a sandwich but I didn’t order a turkey sandwich, I ordered turkey with bread and gravy on top, which is called a hot turkey platter. So I called them trying to explain and they didn’t care to listen
